    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se hace público para general conocimiento que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries, en sesión Extraordinaria de fecha 06/07/2023, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Crear la Junta de Gobierno Local en la estructura organizativa municipal, con el carácter que le confiere la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Establecer que el régimen de sesiones ordinario de la Junta de Gobierno será quincenal, y tendrá lugar el primer y tercer miércoles de cada mes a las 13.00 horas, y una hora después en segunda convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Nombrar como miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local, presidida por el Alcalde, en virtud del artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985 y los artículos 41 y 52 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, los siguientes concejales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. Vicent Coll Pons (PP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. Ramón Sintes Villalonga (PP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sr. David Alzina Vinent (PP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar este acuerdo a los concejales designados y publicalor-ho en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB)."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
