A.M.G.]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:1">La Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el 7 de julio de 2023, y en ejercicio de sus competencias, [artículos 130.2, 132 (en relación al artículo 28) y 134 de la Ley 4/2022, 28 de junio, de Consells Insulars], sobre la base de lo propuesto (que conforme a los artículos 35 y 88.3 y 6 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), adoptó, por unanimidad, el siguiente acuerdo:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:1">(...)</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:1"><strong>1. ESTIMAR</strong> el recurso de reposición presentado por la Sra. A. M.
