    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por el Pleno de la Corporación Municipal, reunido en sesión extraordinaria día &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14 de julio&lt;/span&gt; de 2023, se adoptó, entre otros, el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Ante la existencia de gastos que no pueden demorarse hasta el ejercicio siguiente por los cuales el crédito consignado en el vigente Presupuesto de la Corporación es insuficiente y no ampliable, y dado que se dispone de remanente líquido de Tesorería según los estados financieros y contables resultantes de la liquidación del ejercicio anterior, por Alcaldía se propuso la concesión de un suplemento de crédito financiado con cargo al remanente líquido de Tesorería. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Con fecha 14 de junio de 2023, se emitió informe sobre la Legislación aplicable y el procedimiento a seguir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Con fecha16 de junio de 2023, se emitió Memoria de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt; en la cual se especificaban la modalidad de modificación del crédito, la financiación de la operación y su justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;. Con fecha 16 de junio de 2023, se emitió informe de Intervención por el cual se informó favorablemente la propuesta de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt; y se elaboró Informe de Intervención sobre el cálculo la Estabilidad Presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Realizada la tramitación legalmente establecida, se propone la adopción del siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar inicialmente el expediente de modificación de créditos n. 07/2023 del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de suplemento de crédito, financiado con cargo al remanente líquido de Tesorería resultante de la liquidación del ejercicio anterior, como sigue a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
