&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ban de Alcaldía - Presidencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BANDO DE LA&amp;nbsp; ALCALDIA - PRESIDENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Angelina Pérez Sánchez, alcaldesa – presidenta de este Ayuntamiento, hago saber:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que en fecha 26 de junio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 89, de 4 de julio de 2019) la Sala del Gobierno del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears nombró como Juez de Paz (titular y sustituto) por un período de cuatro años a SR. Antonio Pablo Corro Cladera de Lloseta,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que está previsto que a partir del día &lt;strong&gt;26 de junio de 2023&lt;/strong&gt;, este cargo quede vacante,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que corresponde al Ayuntamiento Pleno elegir a las personas para ser nombradas Juez de paz, titular y sustituto de este Municipio, de conformidad a lo dispuesto en los artículos 101 y 102 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y artículo 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que se abre un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;quince (15) días hábiles&lt;/strong&gt; contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), a fin de que aquellas personas que estén interesadas, lo soliciten al Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para presentar la solicitud se comunica que deberá ser por escrito y dirigido a la Alcaldía, en el registro general del Ayuntamiento, situado en la calle Pou Nou, 3 de Lloseta, o bien sede electrónica&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; https://ajlloseta .sedelectronica.es/ &lt;/span&gt;mediante la presentación de una instancia general. Asimismo, podrán presentar la solicitud a través de cualquier medio regulado en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Junto con la solicitud deberá aportarse una copia o DNI debidamente compulsada y una relación de méritos que estimen oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A la solicitud deberá acompañarse una declaración jurada en la que se haga constar que la persona aspirante cumple las condiciones de capacidad y de contabilidad para poder ocupar el cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas aspirantes deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Mayoría de edad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Nacionalidad española&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Residir en el municipio de Lloseta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Y no encontrarse incurso en ninguna de las causas de incapacidad establecidas en el artículo 303 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y que son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Estar impedido física o psíquicamente para la función judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Haber sido condenado por delito doloso y no haber obtenido todavía la rehabilitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Estar procesado o inculpado por delito doloso y aún no haber sido absuelto o no haberse dictado acta de sobreseimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- No estar en pleno ejercicio de los derechos civiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que en el caso de no presentarse solicitudes, el Pleno de la Corporación elegirá libremente, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 101.1 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y los artículos 4 y 6 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz, comunicando el Acuerdo al Juzgado de Primera Instancia del partido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
