    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Concejala de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior por decreto número 12.253 de 27 de junio de 2023, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar al siguiente personal eventual, toda vez que el puesto de trabajo a ocupar se encuentra presupuestado en la plantilla de personal eventual, aprobada por la Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Palma en sesión de día 21 de junio de 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Asesora de Prensa: Sra. Laura Prieto Durán&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Asesor de Prensa: Sr. Joan Franscesc Sastre Cañellas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Secretario Grupo municipal ( PP ): Sr. Marc Álvarez Gelabert&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Secretario Grupo municipal ( PP ): Sra. Zulema Delgado Amaya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Secretario Grupo municipal ( PP ): Sra. Alexandra Súñer Esteban&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Este nombramiento tendrá efectos el día 22 de junio de 2023, siempre y cuando haya presentado la documentación exigida. Asimismo, el cese en su puesto de trabajo podrá resolverse libremente por el órgano que ha propuesto su nombramiento y, en todo caso, su cese será automático al cesar la autoridad a la que presta las funciones de confianza o asesoramiento especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por otra parte, en ningún caso la ocupación de un puesto de trabajo reservado a personal eventual constituye mérito para el acceso a la función pública o promoción interna, todo ello, en aplicación del artículo 12 del RDL 5/ 2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido el Estatuto básico del empleado público del estatuto básico del empleado público y el artículo 20 de la ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo de Función pública de la Comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar el presente decreto a la persona interesada y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
