    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los artículos 17.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; i 41.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley&amp;nbsp;1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, determinan, respectivamente, que son competencia del Gobierno el nombramiento y la separación de altos cargos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, así como de los consejeros, y elevar la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta del consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía, y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión de 14 de julio de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disponer el nombramiento de los altos cargos de la Consejería de Empresa, Empleo y Energía siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Señora Ingrid Liliana de la Fuente Loof, directora general de Industria y Polígonos Industriales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Señora Catalina Teresa Cabrer González, directora general de Trabajo y Salud Laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Señor Diego Viu Domínguez, director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este Decreto tiene efectos desde el día de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
