En este plazo y ocho días más, se admitirán las reclamaciones, observaciones u objeciones que se puedan formular, que serán examinadas por la Comisión Especial de Cuentas, la que practicará las comprobaciones necesarias, emitiendo nuevo informe, antes de someterlo al Pleno de la Corporación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 212, apartados 2 y 3, del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
