&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;"Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Día 8 de julio de 2023 se constituyó el Consejo Insular de Mallorca, cuyo Pleno eligió a la persona que debía ocupar la Presidencia, la cual, para una mejor eficacia de la Administración pública y un servicio a la ciudadanía mejor, debe estructurar su institución y debe organizar su funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el artículo 12 de los Estatutos del Institut de l'Esport&amp;nbsp; Hípic de Mallorca aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno de día 6 de octubre 1997 (BOCAIB núm. 137, de 4 de noviembre de 1997) y modificados por diversos acuerdos posteriores, se establece que la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca designa al titular de la Presidencia del Institut de l'Esport&amp;nbsp; Hípic de Mallorca de entre personas de experiencia reconocida en el campo del deporte y de la cultura hípica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Nombrar al señor Gaspar Oliver Juan, Presidente del Institut de l'Esport&amp;nbsp; Hípic de Mallorca, con efectos de día 13 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Notificar este Decreto a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3&lt;em&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;Publicar este Decreto en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;y en&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;la Sede Electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
