&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“1. DAR CUENTA DE LA RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA DE CREACIÓN DE LA JUNTA DE GOBIERNO LOCAL: COMPETENCIAS DELEGADAS, MIEMBROS INTEGRANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDIA 2023-0497&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Angelina Pérez Sánchez, Alcaldesa-Presidenta del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, de conformidad con las facultades y atribuciones conferidas por la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril reguladora de las bases del Régimen Local en su art. 21 en relación con el artículo 23 por el artículo 52.1 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dada la existencia obligatoria de La Junta de Gobierno Local en los municipios de más de 5.000 habitantes tal y como establecen los (art. 20.1 b) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local -LBRL -, art 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares (LMRLIB-), y 35.2 d) del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Su composición y de conformidad con el art. 52.2 ROF será para el caso del municipio de Lloseta de la Alcaldesa y cuatro concejales o concejalas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sus competencias vienen dadas por la asistencia al alcalde en el ejercicio de sus funciones, y las atribuciones que el alcalde u otro órgano le deleguen o atribuyan las leyes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo anterior,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Crear la Junta de Gobierno Local, la cual estará presidida por la alcaldesa e integrada por los siguientes cuatro concejales o concejalas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alcaldesa – Presidenta: Angelina Pérez Sánchez &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concejal: Toni Pérez Valverde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concejal: Javier González Bordas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concejala: Francisca Campins Fernández&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concejal: Miquel Reus Pérez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- La Junta de Gobierno Local, entre otros, tendrá asignadas las siguientes atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CONTRATACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La aprobación de los expedientes de contratación de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre de Contratos del Sector Público de aquellos contratos en los que la presidencia del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta ejerza como órgano de contratación por aplicación de la disposición adicional segunda de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre de Contratos del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La adjudicación de los contratos menores a los que hace referencia la BASE 28.5 de las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto por tener un importe superior a 5.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SUBVENCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La concesión de subvenciones en cualquier cuantía, siempre que tengan cobertura presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PERSONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La aprobación de bases reguladoras de procesos selectivos para la incorporación de personal al servicio del ayuntamiento de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La aprobación de la oferta pública de empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La asignación de complementos de productividades de acuerdo con el reglamento de productividades del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;URBANISMO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La concesión de licencias urbanísticas y actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La concesión de licencias de ocupación del suelo, subsuelo y vuelo de las vías públicas cuando requieran el otorgamiento de una licencia previa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La concesión de vados y otras reservas de estacionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La aprobación de proyectos de obra cuando la competencia corresponda a alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La resolución de expedientes de disciplina urbanística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BIENES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El otorgamiento de autorizaciones o concesiones demaniales cuando la competencia corresponda a Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El otorgamiento del derecho de uso de espacios municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESPONSABILIDAD PATRIMONIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La resolución de expedientes de responsabilidad patrimonial competencia de Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CONVENIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La aprobación de convenios cuando la competencia para su aprobación corresponda a alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Ámbito de la Delegación de atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Será con toda su extensión, incluida la resolución de recursos administrativos, y en concordancia con las materias conexas previstas en el RD 781/1986 de 18 de Abril, el RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, y demás legislación estatal o autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Condiciones específicas de ejercicio de las atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) El Alcalde se reserva la potestad de avocación de las competencias delegadas en la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La avocación implica la recuperación por la Alcaldía de la competencia resolutoria para decidir en un caso particular. La potestad de avocación se ejercerá en régimen excepcional, y cuando apreciadas las circunstancias del caso, no se pueda demorar la resolución hasta la próxima sesión ordinaria de la Junta de Gobierno Local, o por la escasa importancia del asunto no sea necesaria la convocatoria de sesión extraordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) No se entenderán delegadas en la Junta de Gobierno Local aquellas competencias atribuidas al Alcalde por la legislación estatal o autonómica, que por su propia naturaleza no sean susceptibles de ejercicio por un órgano colegiado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt;- La Junta de Gobierno Local celebrará sesión ordinaria con periodicidad quincenal, en primera convocatoria, los miércoles a las 14:30 horas (o al día siguiente hábil si fuera festivo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si en primera convocatoria no existiera el quórum de constitución necesario, se entenderá convocada la sesión automáticamente a la misma hora, 24 horas después.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Designar, de entre los miembros de la JGL como Primer Teniente de Alcalde al Sr. Javier González Bordas, y como Segundo Teniente de Alcalde a Dª. Francisca Campins Fernández&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO&lt;/strong&gt;.-De la presente Resolución se dará conocimiento al Pleno en la primera sesión que celebre, notificándose, además personalmente a los designados, y se publicará en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente al de la presente resolución, conforme se indica en el artículo 52.4 del RD 2568/1986."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los miembros del plenario se dan por enterados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2&lt;strong&gt;. DAR CUENTA DE LAS RESOLUCIONES DEL ALCALDE EN MATERIA DE DELEGACIONES A TENIENTES ALCALDE Y CONCEJALES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA 2023-0506&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Angelina Pérez Sánchez, Alcaldesa-Presidenta del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, de conformidad con el artículo 43.5 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;: Nombrar a los siguientes Concejales-Delegados de las áreas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- RELACIONES INSTITUCIONALES, ECONOMÍA Y HACIENDA, JUVENTUD Y OCIO, TURISMO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se reserva a la Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competencias Relaciones Institucionales: protocolo, Boletín Informativo del Ayuntamiento, colaboración con otras administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competencias Economía y Hacienda: Tributos, contribuciones, tasas, impuestos, precios públicos; elaboración, ejecución y liquidación del presupuesto; contabilidad municipal; competencia en materia de gestión presupuestaria (ingresos y gastos). Aprobación de facturas y gastos municipales en ejecución de las previsiones presupuestarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competencias Juventud y Ocio: Centro de información y documentación juvenil (información, formación, asesoramiento...), servicios a jóvenes (actividades culturales, tiempo libre...), Consejo Municipal de Juventud; las demás competencias conexas, etc.; Gestión Infraestructuras juveniles de Sa Mina de Sa Truiola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Competencias Turismo: Fomento y colaboración con los establecimientos turísticos; información sobre ayudas dirigidas al sector, campañas de promoción, infraestructuras de mejora de la actividad turística, etc.; Gestión del Convento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Organización del personal adscrito a las áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Celebrar sesiones ordinarias del pleno del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta de forma mensual, preferentemente el último miércoles del mes, a las 19:00 horas (o al día siguiente hábil si aquél fuera festivo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si en primera convocatoria no existiera el quórum de constitución necesario, se entenderá convocada la sesión automáticamente a la misma hora, dos días después.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Asimismo, se faculta a Dª. Alcaldesa para posponer o adelantar la celebración de las sesiones ordinarias del Pleno de la Corporación Municipal, dentro del mismo mes de su celebración, cuando el día fichado se encuentre incluido en un período de fiestas locales, o en otras circunstancias debidamente apreciadas en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Angelina Pérez Sánchez, Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, dada la existencia preceptiva de la Comisión Especial de Cuentas ex art. 116 de la Ley 7/1985, y arte. 127 del RD. 2568/1986; así le corresponde a la misma el examen, estudio e informe de todas las cuentas presupuestarias y extra-presupuestarias que debe aprobar el Pleno de la Corporación de acuerdo con lo que se establece en la legislación reguladora de la contabilidad de las entidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Angelina Pérez Sánchez, Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, de conformidad con las atribuciones que por ley me son conferidas y dada la existencia obligatoria de comisiones informativas en aquellos municipios que tengan Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El régimen jurídico de las mismas se regula en el artículo 76 de la Ley municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y en los artículos 123 a 126 y 134 a 138 del ROF, así como en el art. 20.1 apartado c) de la LRBRL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Alcalde es el Presidente originario de todas las comisiones informativas, salvo que delegue la presidencia efectiva en otro miembro a propuesta de la propia comisión una vez creada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La composición del resto de miembros debe acomodarse a la proporcionalidad existente entre los diferentes grupos políticos representados en la Corporación. Los portavoces de cada grupo designarán por escrito sus adscritos concretos. Cada titular puede tener un suplente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión se reunirá en carácter ordinario cada mes, el penúltimo miércoles de mes a las 14:30 horas, si bien se faculta al Alcalde a modificar el horario por razones justificadas en la convocatoria. La Comisión es competente para dictaminar los asuntos competencia del Plenario de la Corporación municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los días y horas de celebración de las sesiones serán fijadas por el Alcalde. La convocatoria de las sesiones requiere antelación de dos días hábiles a todos sus miembros. La válida celebración requiere la presencia de la mayoría absoluta de sus miembros en primera convocatoria, o de al menos tres miembros en segunda convocatoria una hora más tarde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los acuerdos adoptan forma de dictámenes y se aprueban por mayoría simple, con el voto de calidad del Presidente. Son preceptivo y no vinculantes. Son órganos sin atribuciones resolutorias que tienen por función el estudio, informe o consulta de los asuntos que deben ser sometidos al Pleno o a la Junta de Gobierno cuando ésta actúe con funciones delegadas del Pleno, salvo casos de urgencia, o cuando el Alcalde solo licite su informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo anterior, en el plenario de la Corporación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
