&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;« &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Propuesta de alcaldía de nombramientos de representantes de la corporación en órganos colegiados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Constituida la Corporación Municipal por el período 2023-2027 en el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de fecha 17 de junio de 2023 después del proceso electoral de las elecciones municipales de día 28 de mayo de 2023, y elegido alcalde de sa Pobla, se hace necesario proceder al nombramiento de los representantes municipales en órganos colegiados de los que forma parte este municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el art. 38 c) del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF), corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en el ámbito de sus competencias, el nombramiento de representantes de la corporación en toda clase de órganos colegiados en los que deba estar representada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, esta alcaldía somete a consideración del Pleno la adopción de los siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
