    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El artículo 20 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que es personal eventual el que, en virtud de nombramiento legal, ocupa, con carácter temporal, puestos de trabajo considerados de confianza o de asesoramiento especial de la Presidencia o de los consejeros o consejeras, no reservados a personal funcionario de carrera. También establece que el presidente o presidenta y los consejeros o consejeras nombran libremente a su personal eventual y que los nombramientos se deben publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El decreto 11/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, regula la estructura orgánica básica del Gabinete de la Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El consejo de gobierno, en la sesión de 10 de juliol de 2023, ha aprobado la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo de Personal Eventual, en la cual constan los puestos de personal eventual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;N&lt;/span&gt;ombrar, de acuerdo con la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Personal Eventual, con adscripción orgánica a la Presidencia de las Illes Balears, en los puestos que se mencionan a continuación, a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Secretaría de Comunicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alexander Cortès Mayol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; A los efectos de dietas e indemnizaciones por razón de servicio, es aplicable lo que disponen el Decreto 16/2016, de 8 de abril, o la norma que lo sustituya, y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ey&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 11/2022, de 28 de d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;iciembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de pres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;upuestos generales d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Aut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;noma de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Illes Balears p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ara el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; A los efectos de retribuciones por antigüedad o trienios, se reconoce el derecho a la percepción de los conceptos mencionados que la persona interesada acredite en las diferentes administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este Decreto en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
