    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los artículos 26 y 27 de la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, establecen que el del gobierno cesa después de la celebración de las elecciones al Parlamento y que continúa en funciones hasta la toma de posesión del nuevo gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 54.1 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, la señora Margarita Prohens Rigo ha sido nombrada presidenta de las Illes Balears por Real Decreto 603/2023 , de 6 de julio, y ha tomado posesión del cargo el día 7 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por otro lado, el artículo 56.1 del Estatuto de Autonomía establece que la presidenta de las Illes Balears nombra y separa a los miembros del Gobierno. Por su parte, el artículo 10 de la Ley 1/2019 atribuye a la presidenta, como responsable de la dirección del Gobierno, el nombramiento y el cese de los consejeros y del vicepresidente, si lo hubiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En consecuencia, a efectos de aprobar la nueva estructura del Gobierno de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 46.3.&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 1/2019, cabe declarar primeramente el cese de los miembros del Gobierno en funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, en uso de las facultades que me otorga la mencionada ley,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Declarar el cese como miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears de las siguientes personas, a las que se agradecen los servicios prestados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Señora Mercedes Garrido Rodríguez, consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública y Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Señora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Señor Iago Negueruela Vázquez, consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Señora Josefa Santiago i Rodríguez, consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Señor Martí Xavier March i Cerdà, consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Señora Patricia Juana Gómez Picard, consejera de Salud y Consumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Señor Miquel Company i Pons, consejero de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
