    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Mediante Decreto de Alcaldía nº 486, de fecha 06/07/2023, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;«&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, el Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, y otra legislación concordante.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;or Resolución de&amp;nbsp;Alcaldía&amp;nbsp;n.º 455 de fecha 21 de junio de 2023, se resolvió aprobar el nuevo organigrama municipal después de las elecciones celebradas el día 28 de mayo de 2023, y una vez constituída la Corporación 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Visto que se tienen que añadir y/o completar áreas y algunas gestiones, por lo tanto, se hace necesario modificar el organigrama aprobado por resolución de&amp;nbsp;Batlia&amp;nbsp;n.º 455 de fecha 21 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Por todo esto,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Modificar &lt;/strong&gt;la resolución de Alcaldía núm. 455 de fecha 21 de junio de 2023, en el sentido que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el punto &lt;strong&gt;primero debe añadirse&lt;/strong&gt; la siguiente área con sus gestiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;"Àrea: NUEVAS TECNOLOGIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Silme&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Gestión de equipos informáticos"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En el punto &lt;strong&gt;segundo &lt;/strong&gt;en la Área: MEDIO AMBIENTE&lt;strong&gt; debe añadirse&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;"Desratización, desinsectación e higiene medioambiental (prevención legionela y limpieza depósitos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el punt &lt;strong&gt;quinto&lt;/strong&gt; debe&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;modificarse &lt;/strong&gt;el nombre de la Área:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;: "Área: SERVICIOS SOCIALES Y COOPERACIÓN"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt; "Área: SERVICIOS SOCIALES, SANIDAD Y COOPERACIÓN" &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y por último, en este mismo punto y área debe de &lt;strong&gt;modificarse &lt;/strong&gt;la gestión siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/strong&gt;"Salubridad pública en general. Campañas sanitarias, vacunaciones, desratitzaciones, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt; "Salubridad pública en general. Campañas sanitarias, vacunaciones."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En consecuencia el organigrama municipal queda tal com se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;«Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. ACORDAR que el Alcalde &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Sr. Pedro Pons Huguet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;asumirá las gestiones de las siguientes materias dentro las respectivas áreas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Potestad sancionadora (infracción ordenanzas municipales)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;DELEGAR&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;en el concejal &lt;strong&gt;Sr. Vicent Coll Pons,&lt;/strong&gt; la gestión ordinaria de las siguientes áreas, que comprende todas las facultades inherentes a la misma, salvo la de dictar actos administrativos que afecten a terceros. Esta delegación se hace de los asuntos que hagan referencia a los servicios que a continuación se relacionan: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Área: URBANISMO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
