&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“El día 8 de julio de 2023 se ha constituido el Consejo Insular de Mallorca como consecuencia de las elecciones del pasado 28 de mayo de 2023 y por Decreto de la Presidencia de día 10 de julio se han creado los departamentos que han de estructurar el Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, también por Decreto de Presidencia de la misma fecha se han nombrado los consejeros ejecutivos y las consejeras ejecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 34.3 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, cuando se produzca el nombramiento de los nuevos miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo, los titulares de los órganos directivos han de continuar en el cargo hasta que se disponga expresamente su cese y, según el artículo 21.1.d) de la Ley de consejos, corresponde a la Presidencia nombrar y separar libremente a las personas titulares de los órganos directivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo ello,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Disponer el cese de los altos cargos que se especifican, con efectos de día 13 de julio de 2023, y agradecerles los servicios prestados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Maria Pastor Gelabert, directora insular de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Francisca Coll Borràs, directora insular de Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Lluís Segura Seguí, director insular de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Mercedes Moragón Planas, secretaria técnica de Sostenibilidad y Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Inmaculada Férriz Murillo, directora insular de Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Juan Cruz Carrasco Villaverde, director insular de Residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Inmaculada Borrás Salas, secretaria técnica de Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Margalida Amorós Bauzá, directora insular de Coordinación y Proyectos Estratégicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Pedro Cerón Provencio, director insular de Relaciones Institucionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Andrés Caparrós Coll, director insular de Modernización y Transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Albert Travesset Campañà, director insular de Comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Carolina Abad Pons, directora insular de Promoción Sociocultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Sonia Moragues Botey, secretaria técnica de Hacienda y Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Maria del Carmen Cuart Serra, directora insular de Hacienda y Presupuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Alejandro Segura Castelltort, director insular de Participación y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Miquel Lluís Mestre Mestre, director Insular de Apoyo y Coordinación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Maria Bel Llinàs Pastor, secretaria técnica de Transición, Turismo y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Sr. Joan Gaspar Vallori Guayta, director insular de Transición y Ordenación Turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Sra. Lucía Escribano Alés, directora insular de Promoción Turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Publicar este Decreto en &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Comunicar que, de acuerdo con el artículo 11 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, las personas cesadas tienen que presentar las declaraciones de actividades y bienes con motivo de la finalización del mandato. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
