    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Concejala de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior por decreto número 12.536 de 7 de julio de 2023, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar, según la propuesta definitiva que ha efectuado el tribunal calificador de los concursos oposición por el turno libre para cubrir 2 plazas de Ingeniero/a Agrónomo/a, pertenecientes a la Escala la Administración Especial, Subescala Técnica, clase superior, especialidad Ingeniería Agrónoma, grupo A, subgrupo A1 correspondientes a la tasa de reposición de la OPE 2020 ya la tasa de estabilización de la OPE 2018, en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento, para posteriores nombramientos como personal funcionario interino de la Administración especial del Ayuntamiento de Palma, la composición final de la bolsa con indicación de todas las personas integrantes, el orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida, que figura en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución en el tablón de anuncios virtual, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la web del Ayuntamiento de Palma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &amp;nbsp;En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
