    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado el proceso selectivo de la convocatoria pública del concurso oposición por el turno libre para la cobertura de 36 plazas de AUXILIAR ADMINISTRATIVO/VA, vacantes en la plantilla de funcionarios/arias de este Ayuntamiento perteneciente a la Escala de Administración General, Subescala auxiliar, grupo C, subgrupo C2, correspondiente a la tasa de reposición de la oferta de empleo público de 2018, publicada en el BOIB núm 24 de noviembre de 2018 y de la oferta de empleo público de 2019, publicada en el BOIB núm. 171 de 21/12/2019. La concejala &amp;nbsp;de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior acordó el nombramiento de las personas funcionarias que han superado este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo lo anterior se nombran funcionarios/as de carrera como AUXILIARES ADMINISTRATIVOS/AS de este Ayuntamiento, perteneciente a la Escala de la Administración General, Subescala Auxiliar, Grupo C, subgrupo C2, de la plantilla de personal funcionario del Ayuntamiento de Palma a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado (arts. 123 y 124 de la Ley 39 /2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas). También pueden interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo ( artículos 8.1, 14.1.2ª y 46.1 de la Ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
