&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt; PROPUESTA DE ALCALDÍA DE CREACIÓN Y COMPOSICIÓN DE LAS COMISIONES INFORMATIVAS Y DE LA JUNTA DE PORTAVOCES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituida la Corporación Municipal por el período 2023-2027 en el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de fecha 17 de junio de 2023 después del proceso electoral de las elecciones municipales de día 28 de mayo de 2023, y elegido alcalde de Sa Pobla, Biel Ferragut Mir, se hace necesario proceder a la creación y composición de las comisiones informativas de carácter permanente y especial, con objeto de dotar al Ayuntamiento de órganos complementarios de participación y control de carácter asesor, con el fin de hacer efectivo el derecho que el artículo 20.1.c) de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, otorga a todos los grupos municipales integrantes de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 20.1.c) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, y los artículos 24.1 y 78 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, 123 y siguientes y 134 y siguientes del RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre (ROF), corresponde al pleno de cada corporación determinar el número y denominación de las comisiones informativas de estudio y dictamen, tanto cuando nazcan con vocación de permanencia, por obedecer a la estructura del ámbito competencial del Ayuntamiento, como cuando nazcan con carácter temporal a fin de tratar temas específicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 125.b del ROF, cada comisión informativa estará integrada de forma que su composición se acomode a la proporcionalidad existente entre los distintos grupos políticos representados en la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las Comisiones Informativas, integradas exclusivamente por miembros de la Corporación, son&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;órganos sin atribuciones resolutorias que tienen por función el estudio, informe o consulta de los&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;asuntos que deban ser sometidos a la decisión del Pleno y de la Junta de Gobierno Local cuando&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ésta actúe con competencias delegadas por el Pleno, salvo cuando deban adoptarse acuerdos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;declarados urgentes. Igualmente, informarán aquellos asuntos de la competencia propia de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Junta de Gobierno Local, y del Alcalde o Presidente, que les sean sometidos a su conocimiento&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;por expresa decisión de aquéllos, y, efectuarán el seguimiento de la gestión del Alcalde , la Junta de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gobierno y los Concejales que ostenten delegaciones, sin perjuicio de las competencias de control&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp; que corresponden al Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todos los grupos políticos integrantes de la Corporación tendrán derecho a participar en dichos órganos,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;mediante la presencia de concejales pertenecientes a éstos en proporción al número de Concejales&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que tengan en el Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el Acuerdo de creación de las Comisiones Informativas se determinará la composición concreta&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de éstas, teniendo en cuenta las siguientes reglas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El Alcalde o el Presidente de la Corporación, es el Presidente nato de todas ellas; sin embargo, la presidencia efectiva podrá delegarla en cualquier miembro de la Corporación, a propuesta de la propia Comisión, después de la correspondiente elección efectuada en su seno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Cada Comisión estará integrada de forma que su composición se acomode a la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;proporcionalidad existente entre los diferentes grupos políticos representados en la Corporación.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La adscripción concreta a cada Comisión de los miembros de la Corporación que deban formar parte&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de ésta en representación de cada grupo, se realizará mediante escrito del Portavoz&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de éste dirigido al Alcalde o Presidente, y del que se dará traslado a Pleno. Podrá designarse,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de igual forma, un suplente por cada titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las Comisiones Informativas celebrarán sesiones ordinarias con la periodicidad que acuerde el Pleno&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en el momento de constituirlas, en los días y horas que establezca el Alcalde o el Presidente de la Corporación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, o su respectivo Presidente, quienes podrán asimismo, convocar sesiones&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;extraordinarias o urgentes de éstas. El Alcalde o el Presidente de la Corporación, o el Presidente&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Comisión, estará obligado a convocar sesión extraordinaria cuando lo solicite la cuarta parte,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;al menos, de los miembros de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, esta alcaldía, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tiene atribuidas, propone al Pleno la adopción de los siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACUERDOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Crear las siguientes comisiones informativas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituir una Comisión Informativa de carácter permanente denominada " &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comisión Informativa de asuntos del Pleno &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;". El objeto de ésta será el estudio, informe y consulta en relación a los asuntos competencia del Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Informativa de asuntos del Pleno estará integrada por la totalidad de los miembros de la Corporación, ajustará su funcionamiento a lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 a 126 y 134 a 138 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión celebrará sesiones ordinarias los lunes previos a la celebración de sesiones plenarias ordinarias y dos días antes de la celebración de sesiones plenarias extraordinarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituir la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comisión Especial de Cuentas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;órgano necesario para proceder al examen de la Cuenta General del Presupuesto, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 116 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y en el artículo 212 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, debe estar constituida por miembros de los distintos grupos políticos que integran la Corporación, con una composición proporcional al número de concejales de cada uno de los grupos políticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Establecer que la Comisión Especial de cuentas estará compuesta por los vocales designados por los siguientes grupos políticos municipales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Alcalde Presidente o concejal en quien delegue. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo Municipal del Partido Popular: DOS VOCALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo Municipal Independientes por Sa Pobla: UN VOCAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo Municipal de El Pi: UN VOCAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo Municipal Más por sa Pobla: UN VOCAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo Municipal Socialista: UN VOCAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grupo Municipal VOX: UN VOCAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los portavoces de los grupos municipales comunicarán por escrito a la Alcaldía los vocales titulares y suplentes de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituir una comisión informativa de carácter permanente llamada « &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comisión de urbanismo y medio ambiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;», cuyo objeto será el estudio, informe y consulta en relación a los siguientes asuntos: Expedientes de las Materias de urbanismo y medio ambiente cuando la Competencia para su aprobación corresponda al Pleno de la Corporación oa la Junta de Gobierno por delegación del Pleno, así como dar conocimiento a los concejales de los distintos grupos políticos municipales del funcionamiento de los servicios de Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento, recogiendo asimismo las sugerencias que se puedan presentar al respecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Establecer que la de urbanismo y medio ambiente estará compuesta por los vocales designados por los&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;siguientes grupos políticos municipales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: El Alcalde Presidente o concejal en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los portavoces de los grupos municipales comunicarán por escrito a la Alcaldía los vocales titulares y&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;suplentes de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Informativa Permanente de urbanismo y medio ambiente ajustará su funcionamiento a lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 a 126 y 134 a 138 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales. La Comisión celebrará sesiones ordinarias con periodicidad bimensual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La creación de la Junta de Portavoces coma órgano complementario, de carácter consultivo y de colaboración. En ningún caso puede ostentar competencias resolutorias ni recibir delegaciones de ningún órgano municipal. La misma estará constituida por el Alcalde y por los portavoces de los Grupos municipales o sus suplentes; pero, en su caso, no por los Concejales no adscritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se celebrarán con carácter ordinario antes de la convocatoria de cada sesión plenaria, a fin de agilizar y ordenar el desarrollo de las mismas. Se convocará reunión extraordinaria de la Junta de Portavoces, a iniciativa del Alcalde o Teniente de Alcalde en quien éste delegue, y siempre que lo soliciten dos grupos municipales o, al menos, la quinta parte de los Concejales de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre la convocatoria y la celebración de la sesión tendrán que transcurrir, al menos, veinticuatro horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de las sesiones de la Junta de Portavoces será colaborar con la alcaldía en la redacción de la convocatoria de las Comisiones Informativas Permanentes y del Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Difundir el contenido de este acuerdo, de conformidad con el principio de transparencia, mediante su publicación actualizada y permanente en la sede electrónica municipal, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en los artículos 5 y siguientes de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
