    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para hacer público que por resolución de alcaldía de día 27 de junio de 2023, se dictó decreto de alcaldía núm. 811/2023. que seguidamente se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA DE DELEGACIONES GENÉRICAS Y ESPECIALES A TENIENTES DE ALCALDE Y CONCEJALES DEL AYUNTAMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez constituida la nueva corporación y elegido el Alcalde, se hace necesario proceder a establecer la organización de las diferentes áreas del consistorio, así como las diversas competencias que ejercen, a fin de lograr un mejor funcionamiento de los servicios municipales, mediante el presente Decreto se procede a llevar a cabo esta actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 25 de la ley 20/2006 Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears establece que la administración municipal puede estructurarse en departamentos dirigidos desde una tenencia de Alcaldía o desde una concejalía delegada, en las materias que se les atribuyan expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consecuentemente, resulta adecuado proceder a establecer las delegaciones de competencias genéricas y especiales en las que se distribuye la gestión de los servicios administrativos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, y en uso de las atribuciones que me confieren los artículos 41.2, 43 y 44 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;delegaciones genéricas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a favor de los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local, y tenencias de alcaldía que se relacionen, con facultades de dirección, gestión y resolución de los asuntos mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, de la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cualquier caso, el contenido de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;delegación genérica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;conferida comprende el ejercicio de las siguientes competencias generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Programar las políticas municipales en las materias de su competencia, así como la representación e inspección del área de la que es titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ejercer la autoridad respecto del personal de su área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las ordenanzas, reglamentos, bandos y otras disposiciones legales que afecten al municipio, en el ámbito de las competencias del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Ordenar la tramitación de los expedientes relativos a su área delegada y formular las propuestas de resolución o acuerdo que correspondan, así como la resolución del expediente mediante decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Ejercer las competencias y facultades en materia de contratación administrativa pública, privada y de carácter patrimonial que la legislación de contratos de las Administraciones Públicas asigna al alcalde como órgano de contratación, incluyendo la adjudicación y formalización de los contratos correspondientes, sin perjuicio de las competencias que correspondan a la Junta de Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Solicitudes de subvenciones en materias relacionadas con cada una de las áreas y aceptación de las subvenciones otorgadas, justificación de las mismas y en su caso la interposición de cualquier recurso derivados de los procedimientos de reintegros incoados por la Administración otorgante de la subvención .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Ejercer la potestad sancionadora de las infracciones en las ordenanzas en los asuntos que comporten su área, salvo que se traten de materias indelegables por ley o esté atribuida a otros órganos. Esta facultad no alcanza la resolución de los recursos interpuestos contra las resoluciones adoptadas por el órgano delegado, que corresponden a la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1er Teniente de Alcaldía, SR. Antoni Simó Tomàs Canyelles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Medio Ambiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Comprensivo del Servicio de Recogida domiciliaria de residuos, y limpieza viaria relación directa con los contratistas de los contratos afectos a los servicios. Espacios naturales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Planeamiento Urbanístico &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Propuesta e impulso de expedientes de planeamiento urbanístico municipal y participación en representación del Ayuntamiento en los de carácter territorial o sectorial que puedan afectar al Municipio, sin perjuicio de las competencias delegadas por la Alcaldía en la Junta de Gobierno Local ni a las competencias que por Ley están atribuidas al Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bienestar Social: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Servicios Sociales, Centro de día, asistencia domiciliaria, integración de la inmigración, personas discapacitadas y otros colectivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relaciones con el Instituto Mallorquín de Servicios Sociales y con la Consejería competente del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2a. Teniente de Alcaldía, Dª. Magdalena de la Fuente Ferrà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ferias &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Organización y Promoción de las Ferias, en colaboración con todas las concejalías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comercio, Industria y Mercado: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promoción de los mismos y dirección de los servicios municipales afectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

Las relaciones con las entidades culturales y el archivo municipal, así como la promoción cultural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4º. Teniente de Alcaldía, Sr. Guillem Gabriel Crespí Barceló:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deportes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Actividades Municipales Deportivas, Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales, relaciones con los clubes deportivos del municipio, intervención municipal en realización de eventos deportivos por particulares u otras administraciones, total o parcialmente en el término municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Urbanismo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: gestión y disciplina urbanística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Patrimonio Histórico: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Propuesta e impulso de los expedientes de naturaleza Patrimonial incluido el de aprobación definitiva del Catálogo de Protección del Patrimonio y sus modificaciones, sin perjuicio de las competencias que por Ley están atribuidas al Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5º.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Teniente&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de Alcaldía, SR. Antoni Caldés Gost:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seguridad Ciudadana y del Medio Rural &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: incluyendo, la jefatura de la policía local, sin perjuicio de la jefatura profesional de la misma (artículo 21.1, y, de la ley 7/1985) y de la dirección superior del personal del Ayuntamiento; así como la jefatura del servicio de protección civil y la coordinación con la agrupación de voluntarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mantenimiento y Servicios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Incluyendo Vías Públicas urbanas y rurales, jardinería y mobiliario urbano, servicio de agua potable y alcantarillado, planta potabilizadora, alumbrado público y edificios municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cementerio: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;policía sanitaria mortuoria, instalaciones del cementerio y el tanatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;delegaciones especiales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: delegar a los concejales y concejalas que se relacionan a continuación una delegación especial de atribuciones sobre los siguientes asuntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dª. 	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Protocolo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dirección del protocolo institucional de todas las actividades municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Movilidad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las anteriores delegaciones incluyen las siguientes competencias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las competencias delegadas se ejercerán de acuerdo con lo que prevén los artículos 43 a 45 del ROF y en los términos y dentro de los límites de esta delegación, no siendo susceptibles de ser delegadas por sus titulares en ningún otro órgano o miembro de la corporación. Los delegados y delegadas tendrán que mantener informada a la alcaldía de la gestión de la competencia delegada y de los actos o disposiciones que ha llevado a cabo en virtud de la delegación. Igualmente tendrán que informar a la alcaldía con carácter previo a la adopción de decisiones de trascendencia, en los términos del artículo 115 ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Las resoluciones que se adopten por delegación, que serán inmediatamente ejecutivas y presuntamente legítimas, y se entenderán dictadas por esta Alcaldía como titular de la competencia originaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Se podrán disponer de gastos propios de la correspondiente concejalía, de acuerdo con el procedimiento de contratación correspondiente, con un máximo de 6000 € por gasto, IVA excluido. (21.1.f) o lo que determinen las bases de ejecución de los presupuestos o instrumento pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. De conformidad con el artículo 44.2 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efectos desde el día siguiente a la fecha de esta resolución y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de avocación de esta alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante, enfermedad o cualquier otro impedimento de los concejales y concejalas delegados, asumirá directa y automáticamente sus competencias esta alcaldía, como titular de la competencia originaria, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de avocación, en base a la presente resolución, sin necesidad de nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dar cuenta de la presente resolución al Pleno en la sesión extraordinaria que se convoque de conformidad con el artículo 38 ROF; notificarla personalmente a los designados y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios del ayuntamiento, en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 44.2 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre , por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, y difundirla, de acuerdo con el principio de transparencia, mediante su publicación actualizada y permanente en la sede electrónica municipal, en cumplimiento de lo que disponen los artículos 5 y siguientes de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Buen Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar esta resolución a todos los concejales y concejalas afectados ya los responsables de los diferentes servicios municipales, para su conocimiento y efectos, entendiéndose aceptada la delegación de competencias de forma tácita, si dentro del plazo de tres días hábiles contados desde de la notificación de la resolución, el destinatario no realiza manifestación expresa ante el órgano delegante de que no acepta la delegación, según lo establecido en el artículo 114 del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
