    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ple del Ajuntament, en sesión extraordinaria de día 6 de julio de 2023, en el punto 6 del orden del día, aprobó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Crear las tres comisiones informativas permanentes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA (también actuará como Comisión Especial de Cuentas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. DE TERRITORIO Y ENTORNO Y SERVICIOS URBANOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. SOCIOEDUCATIVA Y DE DINAMIZACIÓN ECONÓMICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la composición de cada una de estas, de acuerdo con lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;COMISIÓN INFORMATIVA DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA; COMISIÓN INFORMATIVA DE TERRITORIO Y ENTORNO Y SERVICIOS URBANOS; Y COMISIÓN INFORMATIVA SOCIOEDUCATIVA Y DE DINAMIZACIÓN ECONÓMICA. Estarán formadas por 10 regidores cada una, con la proporción siguiente: &lt;/strong&gt;PP (4 regidores); PSOE (2 regidores); PSM MxM (2 regidores); Ciutadella Endavant (1 regidor); y VOX (1 regidor).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Establecer la periodicidad de la celebración de las comisiones informativas municipales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como día de celebración de las sesiones ordinarias de la Comisión Informativa &lt;strong&gt;de ORGANIZACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;el&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;viernes anterior&lt;/strong&gt; a la celebración del &lt;strong&gt;Ple&lt;/strong&gt;, a las &lt;strong&gt;13.30 horas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como día de celebración de las sesiones ordinarias de la Comisión Informativa de TERRITORIO &lt;strong&gt;Y ENTORNO Y SERVICIOS URBANOS, el viernes anterior &lt;/strong&gt;a la celebración del&lt;strong&gt; Ple, &lt;/strong&gt;a las&lt;strong&gt; 12.30 horas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como día de celebración de las sesiones ordinarias de la Comisión Informativa &lt;strong&gt;SOCIOEDUCATIVA Y DE DINAMIZACIÓN ECONÓMICA, el jueves anterior &lt;/strong&gt;a la celebración del &lt;strong&gt;Ple, &lt;/strong&gt;a las&lt;strong&gt; 13.30 horas.»&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
