    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión extraordinaria llevada a cabo el pasado 28 de junio de 2023, a reserva de los términos definitivos que resulten de la aprobación del acta correspondiente, quedó enterado de la propuesta que seguidamente se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«Constituida la Corporación Municipal por el período 2023-2027 en el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de fecha 17 de junio de 2023 después del proceso electoral de elecciones municipales de día 28 de mayo de 2023, y elegido alcalde de Manacor, Miquel Oliver Gomila, en virtud del pacto alcanzado por las dos formaciones políticas que conforman el equipo de gobierno municipal (MÁS y AIPC/SYS), de conformidad con el artículo 25 del ROF corresponde a la presidencia dar cuenta al pleno en la primera sesión que se lleve a cabo a cabo de la constitución de los grupos políticos, de sus integrantes y de los portavoces&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vistos los escritos presentados en el registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Manacor por los concejales/concejalas comunicando la constitución de los diferentes grupos políticos representantes en esta corporación así como los portavoces, titulares y suplentes, en el plazo establecido legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, esta alcaldía, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tiene atribuidas, propone al Pleno la adopción de los siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACUERDOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r. Quedar enterado, a efectos informativos, de los diferentes escritos presentados por los concejales/as en relación a la constitución de grupos municipales y su adscripción los diferentes grupos municipales que integran la corporación, así como la designación de portavoces (titulares y suplentes), en cumplimiento de los artículos 23 y ss del RD 2568/86, de 28 de noviembre (ROF):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;* Grupo Municipal MÁS IZQUIERDA, que estará formado por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
