    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se hace público para general conocimiento el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2023-0135, de 7 de julio, sobre designación de Tenienta de Alcalde, del siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expediente núm.: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PLN/2023/8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Celebradas Elecciones Locales en fecha 28 de mayo de 2023, de acuerdo con sus resultados, así como del resultado de la sesión constitutiva del Ayuntamiento, y de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 21.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y 41.3 y 46.1 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Revocar el Decreto de Alcaldía de nombramiento de los anteriores Tenientes de Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Designar como Tenienta de Alcalde de esta Corporación a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Única: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Catalina Perelló Pascual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la Tenienta de Alcalde nombrada, previa aceptación del cargo, le corresponde sustituir al Alcalde en la totalidad de atribuciones y competencias que le reconoce la legislación vigente, que serán desarrolladas por la Tenienta de Alcalde, en los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento que le imposibilite para el ejercicio de sus atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Cuando esta Alcaldía deba ausentarse del término municipal por más de 24 horas, establecerá, mediante Decreto, la duración de su ausencia, designando la Tenienta de Alcalde que deba asumir sus competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no se confiriera esta designación de forma expresa, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 23.3 de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, esta Alcaldía será sustituida por la Tenienta de Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Advertir a la Tenienta de Alcalde afectada que deberá mantener informada a esta Alcaldía del ejercicio de sus atribuciones como Alcaldesa accidental, no pudiendo, durante dicho ejercicio, ni modificar las delegaciones ya efectuadas por esta Alcaldía con anterioridad, ni otorgar otras nuevas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar personalmente la resolución a los Tenientes de Alcalde cesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar personalmente la resolución a los designados que, salvo manifestación expresa, se considerará aceptada tácitamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Remitir la citada resolución al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears para su publicación, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la firma de la presente resolución. Igualmente se publicará en el Tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno de este Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión plenaria que se celebre, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 42 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sant Joan, a fecha de firma electrónica al margen (7 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
