    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde-Presidente de este Ayuntamiento, con fecha 5 de julio de 2023, dictó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA N.º 2023-0539&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;JUNTA DE GOBIERNO, MIEMBROS y DELEGACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conformidad con las facultades y atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, el artículo 50 y siguientes del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal, y, el RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, se dicta la siguiente RESOLUCIÓN,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;La Junta de Gobierno estará presidida por el Alcalde e integrada por cuatro regidores, número de regidores no superior al tercio del número legal de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Alcalde-Presidente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; La Junta de Gobierno tendrá asignadas las siguientes atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Propias: ​La asistencia permanente al Alcalde en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​Delegadas por el Alcalde:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar la oferta de ocupación pública de acuerdo con el presupuesto y la plantilla de personal aprobadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La aprobación de los instrumentos de planeamiento de desarrollo del planeamiento general no expresamente atribuidas al Pleno, y la de los instrumentos de gestión urbanística y de los proyectos de urbanización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La contratación de obras, suministros o servicios cuando su importe no supere el 10% de los recursos ordinarios del presupuesto ni, en cualquier caso, la cuantía de 6 millones de euros, incluidos los de carácter plurianual, siempre que el importe acumulado de todas sus anualidades no supere ni el porcentaje indicado, referido a los recursos ordinarios del presupuesto del primer ejercicio, ni la cuantía señalada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las concesiones sobre bienes de la corporación y la adquisición de bienes inmuebles y derechos sujetos a la legislación patrimonial cuando su valor no supere el 10% de los recursos ordinarios del presupuesto ni el importe de 3 millones de euros, así como la alienación del patrimonio cuando su valor no supere el porcentaje ni la cuantía indicados. • Las comunicaciones y notificaciones registradas de entrada, cuando así lo diligencie el Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ámbito de la Delegación de atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Será en toda su extensión, en resolución de recursos y en concordancia e inclusión de las materias conexas previstas al RD 781/1986, de 18 de abril, al RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, y, demás legislación estatal o autonómica o local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Condiciones específicas de ejercicio de las atribuciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El Alcalde se reserva la potestad de avocar las competencias delegadas a la Junta de Gobierno. La avocación implica la recuperación por el Alcalde de la competencia resolutoria para decidir en un caso particular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La potestad de avocación se ejercerá en régimen excepcional cuando, apreciadas las circunstancias del caso, no se pueda demorar la resolución hasta la próxima sesión ordinaria de la Junta de Gobierno, o por la escasa importancia del asunto no sea necesaria la convocatoria de sesión extraordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) No se entenderán delegadas a la Junta de Gobierno aquellas competencias atribuidas al Alcalde por la legislación estatal o autonómica que, por su propia naturaleza, no sean susceptibles de ejercicio por el órgano colegiado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; De la presente Resolución se dará conocimiento al Pleno en la primera sesión que celebre, notificándose además personalmente a la persona designada, y se publicará en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente al de la presente resolución, conforme se indica en el artículo 52.4 del RD 2568/1986.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde, en la fecha de la firma electrónica, y, lo firma la Secretaria-acctal. a los solo efectos de dar fe. Binissalem, el Alcalde, firmado y sellado.” El que se hace público por general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
