    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes a continuación se hace pública la Resolución nº. 2023/0607 que ha dictado el alcalde el 29 de junio de 2023 relativa a delegaciones genéricas conferidas a concejales y concejalas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esta Alcaldía, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local (LBRL), tiene atribuida la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para mejorar y agilizar el servicio, aconsejan delegar las atribuciones que a continuación se enumerarán, por lo que, en base a lo anterior y considerando lo que dispone el mencionado artículo 21.3 y los artículos 43, 44,120 y 121 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROFJEL), haciendo uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas, &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios de las áreas de EDUCACIÓN, ESCUELA DE MÚSICA, INFANCIA, JUVENTUD, NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA en la concejala y segunda tenienta de alcalde María José Jiménez Escribano.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios de las áreas de IMPULSO ECONÓMICO, TURISMO, COMERCIO, FERIAS, MERCADOS y delegación especial de SANT VICENÇ en el concejal y cuarto teniente de alcalde Antoni Cànaves Capllonch.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCERO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios de las áreas de BIENESTAR SOCIAL, RESIDENCIA SOCIAL, SALUD y CEMENTERIO en la concejala Maria Morro Cifre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CUARTO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios de las áreas de HACIENDA y CONTRATACIÓN en la concejala Catalina Carbonell Torres.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;QUINTO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios de las áreas de FIESTAS y DEPORTES en el concejal Mateu Tugores Vives.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SEXTO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios del área de SERVICIOS: MANTENIMIENTO EDIFICIOS, BRIGADA de OBRAS, LIMPIEZA EDIFICIOS y LIMPIEZA VIARIA; delegación especial del servicio de coordinación entre el Ayuntamiento y la empresa municipal de servicios EMSER 2002 SLU: AGUA, RESIDUOS y ALCANTARILLADO y delegación especial del PORT DE POLLENÇA en la concejala y primera tenienta de alcalde Joana Aina Campomar Orell.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;SÉPTIMO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios de las áreas de MEDIO AMBIENTE, PARQUES y JARDINES, MOVILIDAD y BAHÍA en la concejala y tercera tenienta de alcalde Steffy Pozo Mcintyre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;OCTAVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios de las áreas de IGUALDAD, OFICINAS ATENCIÓN y ASISTENCIA CIUDADANA, RADIO POLLENÇA, PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA, ARCHIVO, BIBLIOTECAS, MEDIACIÓN INTERCULTURAL y NORMALIZACIÓN LINGÜÍSTICA en la concejala y quinta tenienta de alcalde Joana Xamena Cifre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;NOVENO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Delegar las facultades de dirección, organización interna y gestión de los correspondientes servicios de las áreas de CULTURA, PATRIMONIO, FESTIVAL de MÚSICA y MEMORIA DEMOCRÁTICA en el concejal Miquel Àngel Sureda Massanet.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DÉCIMO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Las delegaciones especiales territoriales del Port de Pollença y de Sant Vicenç, respectivamente, así como la delegación especial del servicio de coordinación Ayuntamiento – EMSER 2002 SLU coordinarán su actuación con los demás delegados y delegadas de área, de forma que quede garantizada la unidad de gobierno y gestión del municipio.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;UNDÉCIMO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Las delegaciones genéricas referidas a las siguientes áreas o materias determinadas serán ostentadas mediante gestión compartida y coordinarán su actuación conjuntamente con los demás delegados y delegadas de área, con los mecanismos pertinentes, de la siguiente forma:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;MOVILIDAD: concejalías delegadas de SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA y MEDIO AMBIENTE&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;FESTIVAL DE MÚSICA: concejalía delegada de CULTURA y ALCALDÍA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;BAHÍA: concejalías delegadas de SERVICIOS, MEDIO AMBIENTE, DELEGACIÓN ESPECIAL DEL PORT DE POLLENÇA y ALCALDÍA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DUODÉCIMO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas genéricamente a dichas áreas, relativas al sector de la actividad administrativa propia de estas áreas de gestión municipal que la legislación vigente asigna a los municipios.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DECIMOTERCERO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Las delegaciones mencionadas comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección de los servicios correspondientes incluidos en las respectivas áreas así como las de gestionarlos en general, con exclusión de la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DECIMOCUARTO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación del concejal o concejala delegado y se dará cuenta de ello al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que tenga lugar, de conformidad con los artículos 38 y 44 del ROFJEL, sin perjuicio de su publicación en el &lt;/em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;em&gt; (BOIB) y en el portal de transparencia del Ayuntamiento, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto el artículo 6.1 de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DECIMOQUINTO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- El concejal o concejala delegado queda obligado a informar periódicamente a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión de la competencia/área delegada y las disposiciones que dicte, y, previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos en el artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En lo no previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, y el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROFJEL) en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen en dichas normas.&lt;/em&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 44 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
