    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears, reunido en sesión del día 19 de junio de 2023, acordó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &amp;nbsp;Otorgar la licencia del servicio portuario básico de practicaje y del servicio portuario general de ordenación, coordinación y control del tráfico portuario en el puerto de Ciudadela a la empresa PRACTICOS DE CIUTADELLA, S.L.P., por un plazo de 5 años, de acuerdo con su oferta, la propuesta de la Comisión de Valoración, el pliego de bases del concurso (anexo 1) y a la siguiente normativa que le es de aplicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Servicio portuario básico de practicaje:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares del servicio portuario de practicaje en el puerto de Ciudadela (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pliego regulador del servicio portuario básico de practicaje (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenanza reguladora de los servicios portuarios básicos de practicaje, remolque portuario y amarre y desamarre de buques en el puerto de Ciudadela (BOIB núm. 87, de 2/07/2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Servicio portuario general de ordenación, coordinación y control de tráfico portuario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenanza reguladora del servicio portuario general de ordenación, coordinación y control del tráfico portuario en el puerto de Ciudadela (BOIB núm. 87, de 2/07/2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Los ingresos brutos mínimos anuales para la prestación del servicio de practicaje y del servicio de ordenación, coordinación y control del tráfico marítimo en el puerto de Ciudadela ascienden a 536.000 € (IVA excluido), siendo la aportación anual de Puertos de las Illes Balears para el escenario normal que se contempla en el estudio de viabilidad económica-financiera de 178.524 € (IVA excluido). El porcentaje de reparto de ingresos en caso de que los ingresos reales sean superiores a los 536.000 € se fija en un 25%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Notificar este Acuerdo a las personas interesadas y ordenar su publicación en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
