    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo de la Gerencia de Urbanismo del Ayuntamiento de Palma, en sesión constitutiva de dia 4 de julio de 2023, adoptó el Acuerdo que a continuación textualmente se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acuerdo: Constitución del nuevo Consejo de Gerencia de Urbanismo, dando cuenta del acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno ordinaria de fecha 28 de junio de 2023 de designación de los miembros que formarán este nuevo Consejo de Gerencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La secretaría da cuenta del acuerdo de la Junta de la Junta de Gobierno de 28 de junio de 2023 por el que se designan a los miembros del Consejo de la Gerencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Constituida la nueva corporación municipal el día 18 de junio de 2023 y de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 8 del Reglamento de la Gerencia de Urbanismo, propón a la Junta de Gobierno, nombrar al Consejo de Gerencia de Urbanismo con los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1-Presidente Sr. Óscar Fidalgo Bestard, Concejal titular del Área de Urbanismo, Vivienda y Proyectos Estratégicos, que ejerce en funciones que se establece el artículo 18 del Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2- Vocales con voto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sra. Belén Soto Mateu (vicepresidenta), concejala del grupo municipal PP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sr. Francisco Ducrós Salvá, concejal grupo municipal PSIB-PSOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sra. María de las Mercedes Celeste Palmero, concejal grupo municipal PP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sr. Llorenç Guillem Bauzá de Keizer, concejal del grupo municipal PP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sr. Fulgencio Coll Bucher, concejal grupo municipal VOX ACTUA-PALMA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sra. Neus Truyol Caimari, concejala grupo municipal MES - ESTIMAM PALMA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Sra. Marta Amer Cerdà, directora general de Proyectos Estratégicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Un/una representante de la Federación de Asociaciones de Vecinos de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplentes: Podrán asistir como suplentes cualquier concejal del respectivo grupo político municipal. Los coordinadores y directores generales podrán sustituirse y, eventualmente, podrán sustituir a los concejales del equipo de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Federación de Asociaciones de Vecinos de Palma deberá comunicar a su representante y, en su caso, suplente y acreditarse ante la secretaría del Consejo de Gerencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3- Vocales con voz y sin voto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Gup Balear de Ornitología y Defensa de la Naturaleza, GOB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Comité Español de Representantes de Personas con Discapacidad en Islas Baleares (CERMI)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Colegio Oficial de Aparejadores y Arquitectos Técnicos e Ingenieros de la Edificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Asociación de constructoras de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Asociación Empresarial de Promotores Inmobiliarios de Baleares, PROINBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de las Islas Baleares COAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos Canales y Puertos, CICCP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales Superiores de las Islas Baleares, COEIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;-Asociación para la Revitalización de los Centros Antiguos (ARCA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los vocales con voz y sin voto deberán comunicar a sus representantes y suplentes y acreditarse ante la secretaría del Consejo de Gerencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4- También asistirán con voz y sin voto el gerente, los directores técnico y administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5- Como consecuencia de los nuevos nombramientos quedan cesados los miembros anteriores, agradeciendo sus servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6- Actuará de secretaría el/la director/a de la Secretaría de la Junta de Gobierno, el/la Jefe/a de departamento de la Gerencia, o funcionario en quien deleguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7-El presente acuerdo, que tendrá efectos desde la aprobación, se notificará a los interesados, se publicará en el BOIB y se dará cuenta al Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8- En consecuencia de los puntos anteriores, queda constituido el Consejo de la Gerencia de Urbanismo del Ayuntamiento de Palma, que quedará representado por los miembros antes designados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
