&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las entidades que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta resolución han presentado en la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes una solicitud de subvención para apoyar a la organización de eventos deportivos de alto nivel para federaciones deportivas, delegaciones territoriales de las federaciones deportivas españolas y clubs deportivos de las Islas Baleares, año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En fecha de 5 de junio de 2023, la Comisión Técnica evaluó las solicitudes presentadas de acuerdo con los criterios de evaluación establecidos en el punto 10 de la convocatoria y emitió el informe técnico que sirvió de base a la Comisión Evaluadora para emitir el informe ha de fundamentar la propuesta de resolución de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En fecha 7 de junio de 2023, la Comisión Evaluadora se reunió para examinar el informe técnico y emitir el informe que sirvió de base al director general de Deportes para dictar la propuesta de resolución denegatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Propuesta de resolución del director general de Deportes de concesión de subvenciones al amparo de la Resolución de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes por la cual se convocan ayudas para la organización de eventos deportivos de alto nivel para federaciones deportivas, delegaciones territoriales de las federaciones deportivas españolas y clubs deportivos de las Islas Baleares, año 2023 dónde se propone la no conformidad con el otorgamiento de la subvención a los solicitantes que figuren en el anexo 1 a la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes de día 13 de junio de 2023.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;https://www.caib.es/seucaib/es/200/persones/tramites/tramite/5640845/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Las entidades beneficiarias han dispuesto de 10 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones, así como comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Presentó alegaciones a la propuesta de resolución la siguiente entidad: Club Esportiu Xeslka.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. En sesión de día 3 de julio 2023, la comisión técnica valoró las alegaciones presentadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Orden de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 12 de febrero de 2021 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrero de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Resolución de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes por la cual se convocan ayudas para la organización de eventos deportivos de alto nivel para federaciones deportivas, delegaciones territoriales de las federaciones deportivas españolas y clubs deportivos de las Islas Baleares, año 2023 (BOIB Núm. 37, 15 de marzo de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de les Islas Baleares, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, modificado por el Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Denegar la concesión de una subvención para apoyar a la organización de eventos deportivos de alto nivel para federaciones deportivas, delegaciones territoriales de las federaciones deportivas españolas y clubs deportivos de las Islas Baleares en el año 2023, a los solicitantes que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución, por los motivos que se especifican. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución -que agota la vía administrativa- se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
