&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Asunto: modificación de la delegación de competencias a los regidores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado el escrito del señor Marc Marquès Llufriu, en fecha del 29 de junio de 2023, con registro de entrada número 013497, en que comunica la renuncia al cargo de regidor de este ayuntamiento, se hace necesario modificar la delegación de competencias que tenía asignadas por medio de la Resolución de Alcaldia número 339, de día 21 de junio de 2023, y que son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«2. ÁREA DE TERRITORIO Y ENTORNO Y SERVICIOS URBANOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. SERVICIO DE TERRITORIO Y ENTORNO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;MARC MARQUÉS LLUFRIU&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a LIMPIEZA DE LA VÍA PÚBLICA, RECOGIDA DE RESIDUOS Y ENERGÍAS&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; RENOVABLES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. SERVICIOS URBANOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;MARC MARQUÉS LLUFRIU&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a temas de SERVICIOS DE AGUAS Y ALCANTARILLADO, MATADERO.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por lo que las competencias que tenía delegadas de limpieza de la vía pública y recogida de residuos pasarán a ser ejercidas por la Alcaldia; las relativas a energías renovables pasarán a ser ejercidas por el regidor delegado señor Daniel Óscar Marqués Papurello; las relativas al Servicio de Aguas y Alcantarillado pasaran a ser ejercidas por la señora María Esperanza Juaneda Salord; y las relativas a Matadero pasarán a ser ejercidas por el regidor delegado señor Nicolás Antonio Blanco Anglada. Las competencias delegadas al señor Nicolás Antonio Blanco Anglada en materia de Igualdad y Cooperación serán ejercidas por la Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que también se hace necesario modificar la delegación de competencias en materia de Educación y Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils y la delegación de la presidencia del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESCOLES INFANTILS y de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA, asignadas al regidor señor Miguel Pablo Fullana León, y que serán ejercidas por la Alcaldia;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que, de acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local; la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local; el Real decreto legislativo 781/86, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local; y el Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, y el artículo 25 de la Ley 20/2006, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar al regidor &lt;strong&gt;Sr. DANIEL ÓSCAR MARQUÉS PAPURELLO&lt;/strong&gt; las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a energías renovables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las competencias en materia de limpieza de la vía pública y recogida de residuos quedan reservadas a la Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Delegar a la regidora &lt;strong&gt;Sra. MARÍA ESPERANZA JUANEDA SALORD&lt;/strong&gt; las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a temas de Servicio de Aguas y Alcantarillado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Delegar al regidor &lt;strong&gt;Sr. NICOLÁS ANTONIO BLANCO ANGLADA &lt;/strong&gt;las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a temas de MATADERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto la delegación efectuada al regidor señor NICOLÁS ANTONIO BLANCO ANGLADA de las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a IGUALDAD Y COOPERACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las competencias en materia de Igualdad y Cooperación quedan reservadas a la Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto la delegación efectuada al regidor señor MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN en materia de Educación y Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La competencia en materia de Educación y Patronat Municipal de Escoles Infantils queda reservada a la Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto la delegación en el regidor señor MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN de la presidencia del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESCOLES INFANTILS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presidencia del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESCOLES INFANTILS queda reservada a la Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto la delegación en el regidor señor MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN de la presidencia de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presidencia de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA queda reservada a la Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO.&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar en el regidor &lt;strong&gt;Sr. MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN&lt;/strong&gt; la vicepresidencia de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENO.&lt;/strong&gt; Refundir la Resolución de Alcaldia número 339, de día 21 de junio de 2023, con la presente resolución, de forma que el texto íntegro de las delegaciones, la estructuración de las áreas organizativas y sus servicios sean los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;‘&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO:&lt;/strong&gt; estructurar la organización de los servicios administrativos del Ajuntament en tres áreas, en virtud de lo que se establece en la Disposición adicional cuarta del RD 2568/1986, y delegar el conocimiento previo, la preparación de los acuerdos y la resolución de los asuntos que se especifican en los regidores y las regidoras siguientes, en cumplimiento de lo que se establece en el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985 y el Reglamento orgánico municipal (artículos 90 y 91, con relación al 38).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. ÁREA DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dentro de esta área quedarían integrados los servicios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1. SERVICIOS CENTRALES Y ORGANIZACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este servicio incluye: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.1. Servicio de Protocolo (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.2. Servicios Jurídicos: Contratación, Archivo Administrativo y S&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ervicios Generales (&lt;/span&gt;Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.3. Servicio de Atención a la Ciudadanía, OAC (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.4. Servicios Económicos: Hacienda y Gestión Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.5 Comunicación (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.6. Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;JUAN DAVID BENEJAM ESCANELLAS&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;las facultades de dirigir,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a HACIENDA Y GESTIÓN TRIBUTARIA (excepto en cuanto a los asuntos cuya resolución haya sido delegada por esta alcaldía a la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;strong&gt; RAQUEL PERICÁS NEGRETE&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a RECURSOS HUMANOS (excepto en cuanto a los asuntos cuya resolución haya sido delegada por esta alcaldía a la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. SERVICIO DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este servicio incluye: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.1. Policía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.2. Movilidad y Circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.3. Protección Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;RAQUEL PERICÁS NEGRETE&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a POLICÍA LOCAL, PROTECCIÓN CIVIL Y CIRCULACIÓN (SEÑALÉTICA, VADOS, TARJETAS VERDES Y ZONA AZUL, PARQUÍMETROS, MULTAS DE TRÁFICO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.3. SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN EN MATERIA DE CONSUMO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Mantenimiento y mejora de la vía pública: Brigada, Obra Pública y Caminos Rurales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Medio Ambiente: Energías, Zonas Verdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Limpieza y Recogida de Residuos: Recogida de Basuras y Limpieza Viaria (Alcaldia).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;JUAN DAVID BENEJAM ESCANELLAS,&lt;/strong&gt; las facultades de dirigir y gestionar en temas de PLANEAMIENTO Y GESTIÓN URBANÍSTICA; así como también las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros en temas DE INTERVENCIÓN PREVENTIVA (licencias urbanísticas y de actividades, primeras ocupaciones...) Y DISCIPLINA EN MATERIA URBANÍSTICA Y DE ACTIVIDADES &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;excepto en cuanto a los asuntos cuya resolución haya sido delegada por esta alcaldía en la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;NICOLÁS ANTONIO BLANCO ANGLADA&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a DEPORTES: &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DEPORTE ESCOLAR,&lt;/span&gt; PROGRAMAS DE EDUCACIÓN DEPORTIVA, INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.6. SERVICIO DE JUVENTUD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;NICOLÁS ANTONIO BLANCO ANGLADA&lt;/strong&gt;, las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a temas de JUVENTUD Y DEL PUNT JOVE MUNICIPAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.7. SERVICIO DE DINAMIZACIÓN ECONÓMICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este servicio incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar a la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARÍA ÁNGELES TORRES RIBOT&lt;/strong&gt; la presidencia del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL DE L'HOSPITAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;MIGUEL PABLO FULLANA LEÓN&lt;/strong&gt; la vicepresidencia&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de la FUNDACIÓ CIUTADELLA CULTURA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Mandar la publicación de esta resolución al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), de acuerdo con el artículo 44 del ROF, y de la que se dará cuenta al Ple del Ajuntament en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
