&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Por resolución del director gerente de 16 de diciembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 167, de 24 de diciembre) se aprobó la convocatoria del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos para cubrir las plazas de personal laboral del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En fecha 8 de marzo del 2023 se publicó la lista definitiva de las personas admitidas y excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Posteriormente, el 5 de abril, se publicó la resolución del director gerente del FOGAIBA por la que se aprueba la lista informativa del orden de los aspirantes de la especialidad de auxiliar administrativo/a del grupo D del proceso extraordinario de estabilización por concurso de méritos para cubrir plazas de personal laboral de acuerdo con la puntuación resultante de los méritos alegados en la declaración responsable de autobaremación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En esta resolución se aprobó la relación de aspirantes en el porcentaje igual al 120% del número de plazas convocadas para cada especialidad y se otorgó a estos aspirantes un plazo de 10 días hábiles para presentar la documentación acreditativa de los requisitos y méritos alegados en la declaración responsable de la solicitud y la elección de los puestos de trabajo de la especialidad a la que se presentan por orden de preferencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Revisada la documentación por parte del tribunal, el 10 de mayo del 2023 se publicó la lista provisional con las puntuaciones obtenidas por los aspirantes. Asimismo, se otorgó a los aspirantes un plazo de 7 días hábiles para alegar las rectificaciones que consideraran pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En fecha 25 de mayo del 2023, el tribunal elaboró el acuerdo por el que se aprueba la lista definitiva con las puntuaciones obtenidas por los aspirantes de la especialidad de auxiliar administrativo/a del grupo D.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, y a propuesta del tribunal designado por resolución del director gerente de 17 de enero de 2023 (BOIB núm. 9, de 19 de enero), dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se aprueba la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado el proceso de estabilización por concurso extraordinario de méritos correspondientes a la especialidad de auxiliar administrativo/a del grupo D del FOGAIBA y se adjudican los puestos de trabajo ofrecidos a cada una de las personas que figuran en la lista, atendiendo al escrito de elección de plazas presentado por cada aspirante y al orden de prelación y sin necesidad de realizar desempate: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Se ordena la publicación de esta resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y en la página web del FOGAIBA: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso de alzada ante la consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su notificación, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y en el artículo 121 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
