    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por Resolución de Alcaldía de fecha 05/07/2023, se acordó someter a información pública el estudio de viabilidad relativo a la CONTRATACIÓN DE LA GESTIÓN DE LA ESCUELA MUNICIPAL DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL DE PRIMER CICLO DE SES SALINES, redactado por el economista ANTONIO SOCIAS BAUZA, con número de colegiado 188.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La exposición al público será por el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 247.3 de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se transponen al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durante dicho plazo podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias municipales para que se formulen las alegaciones que se estimen pertinentes. Asimismo, estará a disposición de los interesados en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El presente anuncio servirá de notificación a los interesados, en caso de que no pueda efectuarse la notificación personal del otorgamiento del trámite de audiencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
