Este decreto tendrá efectos desde su firma, sin perjuicio de la preceptiva publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 44.2 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, aprobado por Real decreto de 28 de noviembre de 1986, dándose cuenta al Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
