    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, en fecha 21 de junio de 2023, dictó la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE LA ALCALDIA&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;NOMBRAMIENTOS DE TENIENTES DE ALCALDE&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dado que como consecuencia de las elecciones municipales celebradas el día 28 de mayo de 2023, en fecha 17 de junio de este año se ha constituido la nueva Corporación Municipal, por tanto, resulta necesario proceder al establecimiento de la nueva organización municipal , particular con respecto a la designación de los tenientes de alcalde.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto lo que dispone el artículo 21.2 y 23 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las bases del régimen local, en concordancia con el artículo 46 y siguientes del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF), la designación de los tenientes de alcalde es competencia de esta Alcaldía, que deberá proceder a su nombramiento, mediante Decreto, de entre los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo ello, esta Alcaldía Presidencia, en uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;HE RESUELTO:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar tenientes de alcalde a los concejales y concejalas municipales, miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local, que a continuación se relacionan, los cuales sustituirán a esta Alcaldía, por orden de nombramiento, en los casos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer Teniente Alcalde: Martí Àngel Torres Valls&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo Teniente Alcalde: Eugenio Garrido Vivas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercer Teniente Alcalde: Catalina Tous Seguí&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuarto Teniente Alcalde: Miquel Estelrich Vanrell&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quinto Teniente Alcalde: Magdalena Moragues Femenias&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; La presente resolución tendrá eficacia a partir del día de su firma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Dar cuenta del presente Decreto al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Santa Margalida, a fecha de la firma electrónica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El alcalde&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Joan Monjo Estelrich&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De acuerdo con la función de fe pública prevista en el art. 3.2h) del RD 128/2018, hago anotar en el expediente 1928/2023, la presente Resolución&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
