&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE LA ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DELEGACIÓN ESPECIAL EN LA CONCEJALA SRA. ROCIO ROMERO GALERA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuida por ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, de acuerdo con el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LBRL).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para la agilización y mejora del servicio, aconseja delegar las atribuciones de área que a continuación se indicarán.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En consecuencia, de acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LBRL y 43, 44, 120 y 121 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Delegar en la Concejala, &lt;strong&gt;Sra. Rocio Romera Galera&lt;/strong&gt;, el ejercicio de las atribuciones correspondientes a la responsabilidad de la dirección del área de &lt;strong&gt;Cultura y Patrimonio y Relaciones Institucionales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CULTURA Y PATRIMONIO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Programación cultural&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Publicaciones Cultural y de libros&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bibliotecas e instalaciones culturales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Honores y distinciones&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Autorización uso espacios culturales&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Escuela y banda de música&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Patrimonio cultural (arqueológico, artístico, monumetal)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Archivo histórico&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Toponimia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Procesión de la Beata&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RELACIONES INSTITUCIONALES&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Coordinación y relaciones con estamentos y organismos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Relaciones Públicas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las delegaciones mencionadas comprenden tanto las facultades de dirección interna de los servicios, la instrucción y propuesta de resolución de los expedientes de su ámbito de actuación así como los de gestionarlos en general, pero sin incluir la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 44 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, aprobar por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de este Decreto a los/as concejales/as afectados/as y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de advocación de esta Alcaldía.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante enfermedad o cualquier otro impedimento de los/las concejales/as delegados/as, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directa y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaria, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de advocación en base a la presente Resolución, sin necesidad de nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Notificar esta Resolución a los/las concejales/as afectados/as, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita, si en el plazo de 24 horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sexto.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de concejal/a delegado/a, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Séptimo.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; El/la concejal/a delegado/a queda obligado/da a informar a esta Alcaldía sobre la gestión y las disposiciones que dicte, y previamente, de las decisiones de trascendencia en los términos previstos en el artículo 115 del ROFRJEL.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Octavo.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Dicha delegación se ejercerá en régimen de dedicación parcial de un 50% de la jornada, con unas retribuciones de acuerdo con lo establecido en las bases de ejecución de los presupuestos vigentes en cada momento. Este régimen de dedicación será objeto de publicación de acuerdo con el artículo 75 de la ley 7/85, de 2 de abril reguladora de las bases de régimen local y el artículo 8.1.f) de la ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En lo no previsto en esta resolución regirán la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local; la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, en el marco de las reglas que para las delegaciones se establecen en dichas normas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Santa Margalida, a fecha de la firma electrónica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El alcalde&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
