    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este Ayuntamiento, mediante acuerdo plenario adoptado en sesión ordinaria celebrada día 30 de junio de este año, en cumplimiento del que dispone el artículo 38 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, procedió a la creación y determinación de la composición de las Comisiones Informativas que, con carácter permanente o específico, tendrán que conformar su organización complementaria, a la vista de la nueva composición política de la Corporación derivada de los resultados electorales producidos de las Elecciones Locales de día 28 de mayo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que en conformidad con el que dispone el artículo 73.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y el arte. 76 de la Ley Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares que regula los grupos políticos municipales, todos los Grupos Políticos Municipales tienen derecho a participar, mediante la presencia de Regidores perteneciente a estos, en los órganos complementarios del Ayuntamiento que tengan por función el estudio, informe o consulta de los asuntos que tengan que ser sometidos a la decisión del Pleno o a los órganos que actúen por su delegación, y el seguimiento de la gestión del Alcalde, de la Junta de Gobierno Local y los Regidores que ostentan delegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, teniendo en cuenta el acuerdo de Pleno de día 30 de junio, y el contenido del artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/85 de día 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se resuelve:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar las presidencias y nombrar los secretarios/as de las Comisiones Informativas de carácter permanente que a continuación se relacionan a los Regidores siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La Comisión Informativa de Territorio, Seguridad, Entorno Urbano y Urbanizaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar las presidencias y nombrar los secretarios/as de las Comisiones Informativas de carácter especial que a continuación se relacionan a los Regidores siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La comisión Informativa de Cuentas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; La delegación que se efectúa a favor de los Regidores en relación con la Presidencia de las mencionadas Comisiones Informativas, responde al que dispone el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/86, de 28 de noviembre, y tendrá efectos desde el día siguiente a la fecha de la presente resolución, siendo de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de advocación de esta Alcaldía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar la resolución a los Regidores afectados por esta, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada relativa a la Presidencia de las Comisiones Informativas de forma tácita, si dentro del plazo de las veinticuatro horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación, así como en los Jefes de los diferentes Servicios Municipales para su conocimiento y efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la próxima sesión que se celebre, y publicar el texto al BOIB, en cumplimiento del que dispone el artículo 9 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, en concordancia con el artículo 44.2 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/86, de 28 de noviembre, y 21.3 de la Ley 7/85 de día 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.
