&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DELEGACIONES DE ALCALDÍA EN JUNTA DE GOBIERNO LOCAL&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Alcaldía ha resuelto delegar&lt;span style="color:#ffffff"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;a favor de la Junta de Gobierno Local las siguientes atribuciones que a continuación se indican:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Corresponderá a la Junta de Gobierno Local, así integrada y bajo la presidencia de esta Alcaldía, la asistencia permanente a la misma en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones, así como las que le delegue cualquier órgano municipal o expresamente le atribuyen las leyes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Efectuar las siguientes delegaciones de atribuciones correspondientes a la Alcaldía a favor de la Junta de Gobierno Local, de entre las contenidas y consideradas como delegables en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 7/1985, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El desarrollo de la gestión económica de acuerdo con el Presupuesto aprobado, disponer gastos dentro de los límites de su competencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nombramiento y sanciones al personal, salvo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la separación del servicio de los funcionarios y el despido del personal laboral. Todo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ello sin perjuicio de las normas específicas aplicables a los funcionarios con habilitación de carácter nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sancionar las faltas de desobediencia a su autoridad y las infracciones de las ordenanzas municipales, salvo en los casos en que tal facultad se atribuya a otros órganos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Las contrataciones y concesiones de toda clase cuando su importe no supere el 10 por 100 de los recursos ordinarios del Presupuesto ni, en cualquier caso, los seis millones de euros incluidas las de carácter plurianual, cuando su duración no sea superior a cuatro años, siempre que el importe acumulado de todas sus anualidades no supere ni el porcentaje indicado, referido a los recursos ordinarios del presupuesto del primer ejercicio, ni la cuantía señalada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La concesión de licencias &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;urbanísticas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; salvo que las ordenanzas o las leyes sectoriales la atribuyan expresamente al Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La aprobación de los instrumentos de planeamiento de desarrollo del planeamiento general no expresamente atribuidas al Pleno, así como la de los instrumentos de gestión urbanística y de los Proyectos de urbanización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aprobar la oferta de empleo público de acuerdo con el presupuesto y la plantilla aprobados por el Pleno, aprobar las bases de las pruebas para la selección del personal y para los concursos de provisión de puestos de trabajo y distribuir las retribuciones complementarias que no sean fijas y periódicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aprobar los proyectos de obras y de servicios cuando sea competente para su contratación o concesión y estén previstos en el Presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Adquirir los bienes y derechos cuando su valor no supere el 10 por 100 de los recursos ordinarios del Presupues&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;to ni los tres millones de euros,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; así como la enajenación del patrimonio que no supere el porcentaje ni la cuantía indicados en los siguientes supuestos: la de bienes inmuebles, siempre que esté prevista en el Presupuesto, y la de bienes muebles, salvo los declarados de valor histórico o artístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cualesquiera otras competencias que la Alcaldía o el Pleno deleguen expresamente en la Junta de Gobierno Local o les sean atribuidas por las leyes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cualquier momento esta Alcaldía podrá avocar para sí, con carácter individualizado, cualquier asunto entre los comprendidos en la esfera de las competencias delegadas y resolver sobre el mismo. Independiente de las competencias que se delegan, esta Alcaldía podrá someter a consideración de la Junta de Gobierno Local como órgano de deliberación, asesoramiento y apoyo a esta alcaldía cualquier asunto de su competencia que sea delegable y someterlo a votación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Establecer dos sesiones ordinarias mensuales la Junta de Gobierno Local del municipio, que se celebrarán en la primera y segunda quincena de cada mes. Ordinariamente se celebrarán el segundo y cuarto viernes de cada mes. No obstante en uso de las facultades que me confiere el artículo 112.2 del ROF, la Sra. Alcaldesa Presidenta podrá variar la fecha y hora de convocatoria, respetando siempre el mínimo de dos sesiones mensuales ordinarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DELEGACIÓN DE ÁREAS Y MATERIAS EN CONCEJALÍAS (Decreto n.º &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;582&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;/2023):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Alcaldía ha resuelto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;delegar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; favor de los Concejales que a continuación se indican, las delegaciones especiales siguientes, para la dirección y gestión de los asuntos que se indican, con señalamiento de las facultades que se incluyen en dichas delegaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANDRÉS ROIG MARÍ, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer&lt;/span&gt; Teniente de Alcalde (Sant Miquel de Balansat), como Concejal de Urbanismo, Medio Ambiente y Gobierno Interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JOSÉ MARCOS COLOMAR SERRA, &lt;/strong&gt;Segundo Teniente de Alcalde (Sant Llorenç de Balàfia), como Concejal de Economía y Hacienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JUAN MARÍ MARÍ&lt;/strong&gt;, Tercer Teniente de Alcalde (Sant Vicent de Sa Cala), como Concejal de Bienestar Social, Salud, Movilidad, Jardines, Parques y Centros Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JAVIER TORRES RIBAS&lt;/strong&gt;, Cuarto Teniente de Alcalde (Sant Joan de Labritja), como Concejal de Deportes, Transparencia y Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MARÍA DEL CARMEN RODRÍGUEZ TUR&lt;/strong&gt;, como Concejala de Turismo, Playas, Fiestas y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MARÍA CARDONA TORRES&lt;/strong&gt;, como Concejala de Educación, Cultura, Agricultura, Igualdad y Participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JUAN ANTONIO ALFARO MARÍ&lt;/strong&gt;, como Concejal de Comercio y Caza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las delegaciones comprenderán la dirección interna y la gestión de los servicios correspondientes, no incluyendo la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Alcaldesa se reserva específicamente las siguientes áreas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vías y obras públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
