    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por la presente se anuncia, para general conocimiento y en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el art. 44.2 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, que mediante Decreto de la Alcaldía de fecha 20 de junio de 2023 se ha adoptado la siguiente resolución relativa a las delegaciones de Alcaldía: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Una vez constituida la nueva Corporación municipal, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 17 de junio de 2023, procede a continuación establecer el régimen de organización y funcionamiento de este Ayuntamiento de conformidad con la regulación contenida, fundamentalmente, en la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, el RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales y la Ley autonómica 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears, y demás disposiciones legales de aplicación en materia de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta Alcaldía ha diseñado un modelo de organización municipal en el que se establecen tres grandes áreas de actuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;AREA I: ADMINISTRACIÓN LOCAL: ALCALDÍA-PRESIDENCIA, SERVICIOS GENERALES, TERRITORIO Y MEDIO AMBIENTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;AREA II: ATENCIÓN Y SERVICIOS A LA CIUDADANÍA, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;AREA III: ECONOMÍA , HACIENDA&amp;nbsp; Y PROMOCIÓN ECONÓMICA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ÁMBITO COMPETENCIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: El ámbito material de actuación de cada una de las distintas áreas es el siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretaría &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conservación y mantenimiento del espacio urbano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conservación, mantenimiento y&amp;nbsp; limpieza de colegios e instalaciones municipales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Caminos y servicios en zonas rurales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coordinación de las parroquias del municipio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Eficiencia energética&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al objeto de dotar de una mayor celeridad y eficacia a la actuación municipal, esta Alcaldía ha decidido situar al frente de cada una de las citadas Áreas a diferentes miembros del equipo de gobierno en los que delegar, con carácter general, las atribuciones de dirección, gestión, impulso y resolución de los asuntos incluidos en su respectiva área de actuación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;EL ÁMBITO FUNCIONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la delegación comprenderá las funciones que, con carácter enunciativo, se indican a continuación: Dirección y gestión de su Área respectiva; coordinación y control de las actividades de los servicios incluidos en el Área; Coordinación con las otras áreas de organización administrativa del Ayuntamiento; Jefatura del personal de los servicios y unidades administrativas de su ámbito de actuación, sin perjuicio de las competencias que en esta materia correspondan a la Jefatura Superior de Personal, propia de Alcaldía y al Área de Recursos Humanos; Elaboración de propuestas de adecuación y modificación de la estructura orgánico-funcional y de la asignación de recursos de su ámbito de actuación en coordinación con el Servicio de Organización y Recursos Humanos; Impulsar el conocimiento y canalización de las demandas y necesidades de los ciudadanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A tenor de todo lo anterior, y sin perjuicio de una profundización en el grado de delegación que pueda desarrollarse, esta Alcaldía, en virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación sobre régimen local, y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 21.3 de Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Efectuar las siguientes delegaciones, respecto de las áreas municipales que se especifican, a favor de los concejales que a continuación se indican: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Delegaciones de carácter general de la Alcaldía, comunes a los concejales delegados: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Dirigir, inspeccionar e impulsar los servicios correspondientes a las áreas respectivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Dictar Decretos y Resoluciones correspondientes a la gestión ordinaria del área de delegación incluso la resolución de recursos de reposición contra actos dictados por el mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La potestad sancionadora en el ámbito de la delegación salvo en los casos en que tal facultad esté atribuida a otros órganos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- La delegación abarca la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, si la misma no se encuentra atribuida a otro Órgano del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Disposición de gastos propios de los respectivos servicios que no superen la cuantía de 1.500 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Proponer al Órgano competente la aprobación de gastos en los demás casos.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Promoción de campañas propias del área y/o servicios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Formular propuestas para contratación de obras, servicios, suministros&amp;nbsp; y personal para el mejor funcionamiento de los servicios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad el titular de la delegación, ejercerá sus funciones la Alcaldía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las atribuciones de los titulares de las delegaciones abarcan la facultad de gestionar los servicios correspondientes, sin perjuicio de la superior dirección de la Alcaldía y de la junta de Gobierno Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los concejales y la Junta de Gobierno Local, cuando actúen por delegación, expresarán esta circunstancia en las resoluciones y demás actos administrativos que se dicten y se entenderán dictados por el órgano delegante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La asignación de las concejalías y las delegaciones especificadas, surtirán efectos desde la fecha del decreto de delegación, sin perjuicio de su publicación en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolver los procedimientos disciplinarios incoados al personal funcionario y laboral, excepto cuando impliquen la separación del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 43.5.c) del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, efectuar las siguientes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;delegaciones especiales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; bajo la coordinación y supervisión de la Alcaldía, cuyo objeto está constituido por las facultades de conocimiento previo, preparación y propuesta de acuerdos y gestión de cuantos servicios y asuntos estén relacionados con cada una de las parroquias y barrios del municipio, circunscribiendo las competencias delegadas al ámbito territorial asignado, incluyendo la disposición y ordenación de los gastos que sean precisos como consecuencia del ejercicio de las facultades de gestión ordinaria que tienen delegadas hasta el límite de 1.500€. Asimismo, ostentarán la representación del Ayuntamiento en sus respectivas parroquias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio de las facultades delegadas se desempeñará de forma coordinada con los concejales delegados de las distintas áreas de actuación municipal debiendo, para ello, comunicar previamente a los mismos las actuaciones y decisiones a adoptar, especialmente en materia de disposición y ordenación de gastos ordinarios y contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Delegar de forma indistinta en todos los concejales de este Ayuntamiento las competencias que a esta Alcaldía le otorga el artículo 51.1 del Código Civil, en la redacción dada al mismo por la Ley 35/1994 de 23 de diciembre, para autorizar los matrimonios civiles que se celebren en este municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las facultades delegadas se deberán ejercer en los términos y dentro de los límites de la delegación, no siendo susceptibles de ser delegadas por sus titulares en otro órgano o concejal. En el texto de las resoluciones adoptadas por los Concejales en virtud de la presente delegación, se hará constar esta circunstancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones que me otorga el artículo 115 del RD 2568/1986&amp;nbsp; de 28 de noviembre, además de las indicadas en el primer dispositivo del presente acuerdo, ésta Alcaldía se reserva las siguientes facultades en relación a las competencias delegadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Recibir información detallada de la gestión de las atribuciones delegadas y de los actos dictados en virtud de la delegación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Ser informado previamente de la adopción de decisiones de trascendencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 44 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de este Decreto a los concejales afectados, y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de avocación de esta Alcaldía, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo art. 116 ROF y artículo 10 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante, enfermedad o cualquier otro impedimento de los concejales delegados, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directa y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaria, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de avocación en base a la presente resolución, sin necesidad de una nueva resolución expresa en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexto.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a los concejales afectados, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita si dentro del plazo de las 24 horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, dese cuenta al Pleno de esta Resolución en la primera sesión que tenga lugar, y publíquese la misma en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 44.2 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
