434710 675434 ![CDATA[Fijación de las retribuciones y porcentajes de dedicación de las concejalías delegadas con dedicación parcial]] CAIB text/html 39360 810 2023-07-06 es es CAIB 2023-07-06 39359 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante el presente anuncio se hace público que en fecha 27 de junio de 2023 el Ayuntamiento Pleno ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“Visto lo establecido en el artículo 75 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local, en el artículo 74. 2 y 3 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, de acuerdo con los cuales el Ayuntamiento Pleno determinará los miembros de las corporaciones municipales que ejercerán sus cargos con dedicación exclusiva o parcial, sus retribuciones y el régimen de dedicación mínima para la percepción de dichas retribuciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Visto que el artículo 18 del Real Decreto-ley 24/2018, de 21 de diciembre, por el que se aprueban medidas urgentes en materia de retribuciones en el ámbito del sector público, fijando las retribuciones que pueden percibir los cargos con dedicación exclusiva a los Ayuntamientos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dado que el número de miembros con dedicación exclusiva de que puede disponer el Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar es de 3, de acuerdo con el artículo 75 ter. de la Ley 7/85.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Por todo ello, el Pleno adopta el siguiente acuerdo:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>Primero</strong>. font-size:12px">Estas retribuciones se incrementarán en el porcentaje que establezca la Ley General de Presupuesto de incremento de las retribuciones de los empleados públicos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>Segundo</strong>. Publicar el presente acuerdo en el tablón de edictos de la corporación y en el BOIB, en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 75.5 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra este acto, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente los siguientes recursos:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) El recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que ha dictado el acto en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de esta notificación.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Directamente, el recurso contencioso administrativo ante los juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción de esta notificación.
