&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Visto el expediente en trámite de la convocatoria del proceso evaluador para la obtención de la acreditación profesional para ejercer como personal del servicio de admisión y control de ambiente interno, el cual fue aprobado por Resolución del Conseller Ejecutivo de Economía y Territorio n.º 264/2023, publicada en el BOIB n.º 29, de fecha 7 de marzo de 2023 y la posterior corrección de errores materiales en las bases, publicada en el BOIB n.º 40, de fecha 30 de marzo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Vista el acta quinta del tribunal calificador, de fecha 03/07/2023, en la cual se propone la lista definitiva de los aspirantes aptos y no aptos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;De acuerdo con el punto 11 de las bases de la convocatoria mencionada, y de acuerdo con el artículo 15 del Decreto 41/2011, de 29 de abril, regulador de los servicios de admisión y control de ambiente interno en las actividades de espectáculos públicos y recreativos, el tribunal calificador de las pruebas para obtener la acreditación profesional,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la lista definitiva de aspirantes quedando de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Disponer que en el plazo máximo de diez días contadores desde el día siguiente a haberse publicado la lista definitiva de los resultados de la prueba evaluadora en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, el Consejo Insular de Menorca pondrá a disposición de las personas declaradas aptas la tarjeta de identificación que las acredita como profesional y que, previa identificación de la persona interesada y comprobado que se ha abonado la tasa correspondiente, podrán recoger la tarjeta de identificación que los acredita como profesional, al Servicio de Actividades del Departamento de Economía y Territorio del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en la plaza de la Biosfera, 5, de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
