    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes, se hace público por Decreto de Alcaldía núm 2023/138 de día 27 de junio de 2023, se Resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Celebradas las elecciones locales el pasado día 28 de mayo de 2023 y vista la sesión constitutiva del Ayuntamiento de fecha 17 de junio de 2023, en uso de las facultades que le confieren los artículos 21.3 y 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y de conformidad con los artículos 43, 44, 45 y 51 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Asimismo, estará a disposición de los interesados ​​en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
