    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pleno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, en la sesión extraordinaria y urgente de fecha 30 de junio, aprobó la siguiente propuesta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Después de las elecciones del pasado día 28 de mayo de 2023, de acuerdo con aquello previsto en el artículo 64.5 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares (según la redacción dada por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que lo reformó; en lo sucesivo EAIB) y los artículos 16 y 20 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares (LCI), el día 23 de junio de 2023 se constituyó el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y tomó posesión de su cargo su presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El art. 17 del Reglamento orgánico de este Consejo Insular establece que el Pleno, dentro de los treinta días hábiles siguientes al de la sesión constitutiva, tiene que tener una o más sesiones con el único objeto de adoptar, entre otros, la decisión siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“4.- Determinar y/o crear, en su caso, los puestos de trabajo que tienen que ser desarrollados por el personal eventual y determinar las retribuciones.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 12 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, es personal eventual el que, en virtud de nombramiento y con carácter no permanente, solo ejerce funciones expresamente cualificadas de confianza o asesoramiento especial; es retribuido con cargo a los créditos presupuestarios consignados para esta finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 104.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local establece que el número y retribuciones del personal eventual será determinado por el Pleno de cada corporación, a comienzos de su mandato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo el anterior, conforme al artículo 17.4 del Reglamento orgánico de la Corporación y el artículo 70.5 del ROF, esta Presidencia propone al Pleno la adopción del siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO-&lt;/strong&gt; La creación de cuatro (4) puestos de trabajo de personal eventual. Este personal únicamente podrá llevar a cabo funciones expresamente cualificadas de confianza o asesoramiento especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los mencionados puestos son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el BOIB en los efectos previsto en el artículo 104.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
