    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, en sesión extraordinaria y urgente de fecha 23 de junio de 2023, aprobó la siguiente propuesta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“Después de las elecciones del pasado día 28 de mayo de 2023, de acuerdo con aquello previsto en el artículo 64.5 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares (según la redacción dada por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que lo reformó; en lo sucesivo EAIB) y los artículos 16 y 20 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares (LCI), el día 23 de junio de 2023 se constituyó el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y tomó posesión de su cargo su presidente, el cual por Decreto de Presidencia 2023000467, estableció la estructura del Gobierno del Consejo Insular y la creación de Departamentos, y por el Decreto 2023000472, nombró las persones miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y las vicepresidencias de la Corporación, ambos de fecha 28-6-2023 (BOIB n.º 88, de 29 de junio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El artículo 8 (Retribuciones e indemnizaciones) de la LCI dispone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Los miembros del consejo insular tienen derecho a percibir, con cargo al presupuesto insular, las retribuciones y las indemnizaciones que determine el pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Los acuerdos plenarios referentes a retribuciones de los cargos en dedicación exclusiva y parcial, al régimen de dedicación de estos últimos, y a las indemnizaciones y asistencias se tienen que publicar en el portal web del consejo insular y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Igualmente se tienen que publicar las resoluciones del presidente del consejo insular que establecen la dedicación exclusiva o parcial de los miembros de la corporación y las que les otorgan la compatibilidad para el ejercicio de otra actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El art. 17 en concordancia con los artículos 29 y 30 del Reglamento orgánico de este Consejo Insular establece que el Pleno del Consejo, dentro de los treinta días hábiles siguientes al de la sesión constitutiva, tiene que tener una o más sesiones con el único objeto de adoptar, entre otros, las decisiones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.- Establecer el régimen de dedicación, las retribuciones y las indemnizaciones de los miembros de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presente Corporación, quiere fijar en ocho las dedicaciones exclusivas de los miembros de la Corporación (que pertenecen al equipo de gobierno), cumpliendo con el previsto en el artículo 75 ter, apartado 3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local (LBRL), y en 3 las dedicaciones parciales, respetando las limitaciones previstas a la legislación vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por otro lado, atendido al artículo 75 de la LBRL, en cuanto a las dedicaciones parciales en cuanto a los miembros del Consejo que conforman la oposición, se ha tenido en cuenta las responsabilidades que tienen y las funciones que ejercen derivadas de los artículos 22 y siguientes del Reglamento orgánico de este Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo el anterior, esta Presidencia propone al Pleno la adopción del siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;- Tramitar las correspondientes modificaciones presupuestarias necesarias, si es el caso, para hacer efectiva esta propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
