&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística en funciones ha dictado el 23 de junio de 2023 la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conceder, en el marco de la convocatoria de ayudas al fondo de cooperación cultural universitaria 2022, la cantidad total de 95.000,00 € a favor de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares, por el proyecto Dinamización de la comunidad universitaria y de la sociedad mediante la cultura y la formación según los datos señalados en la tabla siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponer un gasto de 95.000,00 € a favor de la Universitat de les Illes Balears, con NIF Q0718001A, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33430.45390 del ejercicio 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenar la publicación de la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y trasladar la&amp;nbsp;información de la resolución&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; de esta convocatoria a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo&amp;nbsp;de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. El recurso se puede interponer formalmente ante la consejera ejecutiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística o ante el Consejo Ejecutivo, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no ha recibido la notificación de&amp;nbsp;resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
