    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por no haber sido encontrado en su domicilio o por desconocerse el mismo, y para dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en los artículos 42 y siguientes de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones públicas, se pone en conocimiento de las posibles personas interesadas, del inicio del procedimiento de declaración de abandono de dos embarcaciones tipo patera amarradas en el puerto de Sant Antoni de Portmany con número de expediente 6215/2023, que el Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ports de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el 24 de mayo de 2023, dictó la &amp;nbsp;Resolución &amp;nbsp;siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Iniciar el procedimiento para la declaración de abandono de dos embarcaciones tipo patera tipo patera depositadas por la Guardia Civil en el puerto de Sant Antoni de Portmany, ya que no disponen de matrícula o datos suficientes para la identificación de su titular o consignatario, que serán trasladadas a las instalaciones de Son Tous para su guarda y custodia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Nombrar instructor de este procedimiento al Sr. Antonio Armengol Garau que podrá ser recusado de conformidad con lo que prevé el artículo 24 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Notificar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial del Estado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;otorgando a los posibles interesados vista del expediente durante un plazo de QUINCE (15) DÍAS hábiles para que pueda formular las alegaciones y proponer la práctica de las pruebas que estime pertinentes de conformidad con el artículo 115.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Ley 10/2015, de 21 de junio, de Ports de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, se comunica que el expediente de referencia se encuentra para su consulta en las oficinas de Ports de les Illes Balears ubicadas en la C. de Vicente Tofiño, 36, 07007, del Coll d'en Rabassa, de Palma, teléfono 971 62 80 89.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
