&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Presidente Sr. Oscar Fidalgo Bestard, concejal del Área de Urbanismo, Vivienda y Proyectos Estratégicos, que ejercerá las funciones que establece el artículo 18 del Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Vocales con voto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. Belén Soto Mateu, (vicepresidenta), concejala del grupo municipal PP &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sr. Francisco Ducrós Salvá, concejal del grupo municipal PSIB-PSOE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. María de las Mercedes Celeste Palmero, concejala del grupo municipal PP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sr. Llorenç Guillem Bauzá de Keizer, concejal del grupo municipal PP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sr. Fulgencio Coll Bucher, concejal del grupo municipal VOX PALMA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. Neus Truyol Caimari, concejala del grupo municipal MÉS per Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sra. Marta Amer Cerdà, directora general de Proyectos Estratégicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sr. Francisco J. Sánchez, representante de la Federació d'Associacions de Veïns de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Suplentes: Podrán asistir como suplentes cualquier concejal/a del respectivo grupo político &amp;nbsp;municipal. Los coordinadores i directores generales podrán sustituirse y, eventualmente podrán sustituir a los concejales del equipo de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Comité Español de Representantes de Personas con Discapacidad en Illes Balears (CERMI)&amp;nbsp; - Col·legi Oficial d'Aparelladors i Arquitectes Tècnics i Enginyers de l'Edificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Asociación de Constructores de Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Asociación Empresarial de Promotores Inmobiliarios de Baleares, PROINBA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Col·legi Oficial d'Arquitectes de les Illes Balears, COAIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Col·legi d'Enginyers de Camins, Canals i Ports, CICCP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Associació per a la Revitalització dels Centres Antics (ARCA)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Col·legi Oficial d'Enginyers Industrials de les Illes Balears (COEIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los vocales con voz y sin voto deberán comunicar sus representantes y suplentes y acreditarse ante la secretaria del Consejo de Gerencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. También asistirán con voz y sin voto el secretario, el gerente, los directores técnicos y administrativos de la Gerencia de Urbanismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. Como consecuencia de los nuevos nombramientos quedan cesados los miembros &amp;nbsp;anteriores, agradeciéndoles los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6. Actuará como secretario el director de la Secretaría de la Junta de Gobierno, o funcionario en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;7. El presente acuerdo se notificará a los interesados, se publicará en el BOIB i se dará cuenta al Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
