    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Yo, Lluís Enric Apesteguia Ripoll, como alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Deià investido por el pleno día 17 de junio de 2023, según la facultad que me otorga el artículo 21.2 y el artículo 124.4 e) de la ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;NOMBRAR de entre las regidoras y los regidores (como determina 23.3 de la ley 7/1985 cuando no existe Junta de Gobierno Local)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;como Primera teniente de alcalde la María Cristina López Martí;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;como Segundo teniente de alcalde Josep Salas Jiménez;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;como Tercera teniente de alcalde la Gabriele Marianne Poppelreuter;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;como Cuarta teniente de alcalde María Henar Arribas Simón.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;A las tenientes y al teniente de alcalde les corresponderá sustituir esta alcaldía en la totalidad de sus funciones en casos de ausencia, vacante, enfermedad o impedimento que le imposibilite el ejercicio de sus atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; ESTABLECER que cuando el alcalde tenga que ausentarse del término municipal, designará, mediante Decreto, la duración de su ausencia, nombrando el teniente o la teniente de alcalde que tenga que asumir sus funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no se confiriera esta designación de forma exprés, el alcalde será sustituido por la Primera teniente de alcalde; si no fuera posible, por el Segundo; si no fuera posible, por la Tercera; y si no fuera posible, por la Cuarta. En cualquier caso, tendrán que rendir cuenta ante el resto de la Corporación, sin que durante el mismo día pueda actuar como alcaldesa o alcalde accidental más de uno de ellos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; PUBLICAR, en conformidad con el que dispone el artículo 46 del Real Decreto 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de los entes locales, la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; COMUNICAR esta Resolución a las tenientes y al teniente de alcalde afectados, haciéndolos constar que tendrán que mantener informado el alcalde del ejercicio de sus atribuciones como alcaldesa o alcalde accidental, no pudiendo, durante el mencionado ejercicio, ni modificar las delegaciones ya efectuadas por el alcalde con anterioridad, ni otorgar otras de nuevas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt; RENDIR CUENTA al Pleno del Ayuntamiento de esta resolución en la sesión extraordinaria que se convoque en cumplimiento del que prevé el artículo 38 del Reglamento de organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
