    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se hace público que en fecha 28 de junio de 2023, el Presidente del Consejo Insular de Eivissa ha dictado el siguiente decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Después de las elecciones del pasado día 28 de mayo de 2023, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 64.5 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears (según la redacción dada por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que lo reformó; en adelante, EAIB) y los artículos 16 y 20 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares (LCI), el día 23 de junio de 2023 se constituyó el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y tomó posesión de su cargo su presidente, el cual ha dispuesto la estructura del gobierno de esta institución, con la creación de los diferentes departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 63.1 del EAIB prevé que uno de los órganos necesarios de los consejos insulares es el Consejo Ejecutivo, integrado, según el artículo 67 de la mencionada norma por el presidente, los vicepresidentes, en su caso, y los consejeros ejecutivos de cada Departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por razones organizativas y de administración, esta Presidencia ejercerá también la titularidad del Departamento de Promoción Turística y Medio Rural y Marino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 66.2 del EAIB prevé que el presidente del Consejo Insular designa i separa libremente el resto de miembros del Consejo Executivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por su parte, el artículo 21.1 d de la LCI establece que corresponde al presidente nombrar y separar libremente los miembros del consejo ejecutivo, y el artículo 24.3 establece que el vicepresidente o vicepresidentes son nombrados y separados libremente por el presidente entre los miembros del consejo ejecutivo que reúnen la condición de consejeros electos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Según el artículo 26.2 de la LCI el consejo ejecutivo está integrado por el presidente, el vicepresidente o vicepresidentes y los consejeros ejecutivos, que pueden tener la condición de electos o no. Y el apartado 4 de este mismo artículo prevé que el presidente asigna la secretaría del consejo ejecutivo a uno de sus miembros o al secretario general del consejo insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 30.1 de la LCI establece que los consejeros ejecutivos son los órganos jerárquicamente superiores en los departamentos de la administración insular de los cuales son titulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vistos los artículos 16, apartados 2 y 3, y 63 del Reglamento orgánico de esta Institución, esta Presidencia, en uso de les facultades que tiene conferidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DISPONE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar las personas que se detallan a continuación (todas ellas, miembros electos) para los cargos que se les asignan seguidamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sr. Mariano Juan Colomar, vicepresidente primero y consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Territorio, Ordenación Turística, Movilidad, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sra. Sara Ramón Roselló, vicepresidenta segunda y consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sr. Salvador Losa Marí, consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Presidencia, Hacienda, Gestión Económica y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sra. María Fajarnés Costa, consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sra. Marilina Ribas Cardona, consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Juventud, Participación Ciudadana y del Parque Insular de Servicios de “Sa Coma”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sr. Ignacio José Andrés Roselló, consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Gestión Ambiental, Sostenibilidad, Innovación y Transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sra. Carolina Escandell Ferrer, consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Bienestar Social, Familia e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otra parte, esta Presidencia, además de les funciones inherentes al cargo, ejercerá también, la titularidad del Departamento de Promoción Turística y Medio Rural y Marino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Actuará como portavoz del Consejo Ejecutivo el vicepresidente primero y consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Territorio, Ordenación Turística, Movilidad, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo, Sr. Mariano Juan Colomar, y como portavoz adjunto, el consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Presidencia, Hacienda, Gestión Económica y Deportes, Sr. Salvador Losa Marí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Asignar la secretaría del Consejo Ejecutivo a la Secretaría General del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar este Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se opongan a lo que establece este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Establecer que los efectos económicos de los nombramientos mencionados en el apartado primero producirán efectos económicos una vez el Pleno de la Corporación haya aprobado el régimen de dedicaciones exclusivas a que se refiere el artículo 75 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO. &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta de ello al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
