    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Después de las elecciones del pasado día 28 de mayo de 2023, de acuerdo con aquello previsto en el artículo 64.5 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears (según la redacción dada por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que lo reformó; en adelante EAIB) y los artículos 16 y 20 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares (LCI), el día 23 de junio de 2023 se constituyó el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y tomó posesión de su cargo su presidente, quien se dispone a estructurar el gobierno de esta institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el EAIB se determina que los consejos insulares establecen su organización de acuerdo con la Constitución y el mismo Estatuto (artículo 62).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Igualmente, la LCI, prevé en el artículo 13.1 que los consejos insulares, mediante los reglamentos orgánicos respectivos y otras normas que se desplieguen o completen, establecen su organización de acuerdo con el Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears y esta ley, en el marco del que dispone la legislación básica de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 31 (&lt;em&gt;Departamentos insulares&lt;/em&gt;) de la LCI prevé:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. La administración de cada consejo insular se organiza en departamentos para el ejercicio de competencias que corresponden a los diferentes sectores funcionales homogéneos de la actividad administrativa de la institución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Por decreto de la presidencia se determina el número, la denominación, la estructura básica, el ámbito funcional de los departamentos insulares y, cuando sea necesario, el alcance de las atribuciones de los órganos que forman parte.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Previamente, en el artículo 21.1, letra &lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;, la LCI prevé que corresponde al presidente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Dictar los decretos de creación y extinción de los departamentos insulares en el marco del reglamento orgánico, de acuerdo al artículo 31 de esta ley. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otro lado, el artículo 16 del Reglamento orgánico de esta institución -ROCI- (BOIB núm. 136, de 18/09/2010, corrección en BOIB núm. 148, de 14/10/2010, modificación en BOIB núm. 48, de 16/04/2016), entre las competencias organizativas de la Presidencia, prevé en el punto 4 la creación de los departamentos en que se ha de organizar el Consejo Insular y determinar su estructura interna y atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los departamentos se definen en el artículo 68.1 del ROCI como las unidades en que se organiza la actividad administrativa del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, cada una de las cuales comprende uno o más sectores funcionalmente homogéneos de la mencionada actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También el artículo 71 del ROCI establece que corresponde a la Presidencia disponer la creación de los diferentes departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En este sentido, el gobierno del Consejo Insular se estructura en la Presidencia y en diversos departamentos, agrupados en tres áreas de actuación conforme al principio de organización funcional de la actividad administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al frente de cada departamento habrá un consejero ejecutivo o consejera ejecutiva, sin perjuicio que esta Presidencia, además de las facultades propias que le son atribuidas legalmente, dirigirá también un departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Según el artículo 30.1 (&lt;em&gt;Consejeros ejecutivos&lt;/em&gt;) de la LCI, los consejeros ejecutivos son los órganos jerárquicamente superiores en los departamentos de la administración insular de los cuales son titulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por otra parte, en el artículo 36 (&lt;em&gt;Direcciones insulares&lt;/em&gt;), apartado 1, se establece que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Los directores insulares son órganos directivos para la gestión de una o varias áreas funcionalmente homogéneas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y previamente, en el artículo 34.1, la LCI prevé que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Los órganos directivos se integran en la estructura de los departamentos de acuerdo a lo que dispone el decreto de la presidencia correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, en uso de les facultades que tengo conferidas, dicto lo siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Ibiza estará integrado por el presidente, las vicepresidencias primera y segunda y los demás consejeros ejecutivos y consejeras ejecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Estructurar el gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza en la Presidencia y en los departamentos que se indican, agrupados en tres áreas de actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Corresponde a la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, además de las facultades que le asigna el ordenamiento jurídico, la coordinación de la Secretaría General y de la Asesoría Jurídica, sin perjuicio de les facultades conferidas al Departamento que gestiona los recursos humanos (RH) de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Los diferentes departamentos, agrupados en tres áreas, son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Área de Presidencia, Desarrollo Económico, Cooperación Municipal y Servicios Generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Departamento de Promoción Turística y Medio Rural i Marino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Departamento de Presidencia, Hacienda, Gestión Económica y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Área de Infraestructuras, Modernización y Sostenibilidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Departamento de Territorio, Ordenación Turística, Movilidad, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Departamento de Gestión Ambiental, Sostenibilidad, Innovación y Transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Área de Acción Social, Cultural y Patrimonio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Departamento de Juventud, Participación Ciudadana y del Parque Insular de Servicios de “Sa Coma”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Departamento de Bienestar Social, Familia e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Determinar el ámbito o el sector específico de la actividad administrativa con el que se identifica cada departamento, de acuerdo con la relación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Departamento de Promoción Turística y Medio Rural y Marino&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de información y promoción turística, así como la coordinación de la política turística, relaciones interadministrativas en esta materia y creación de productos turísticos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Las actuaciones relacionadas con la gestión del Patronato de la Escuela de Turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de agricultura, ganadería, pesca, caza, recursos cinegéticos, montes y recursos y aprovechamientos hidráulicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Este departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados a los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Departamento de Presidencia, Hacienda, Gestión Económica y Deportes&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Las actuaciones relacionadas con la gestión de la empresa pública Fires, Congressos i Esdeveniments d'Eivissa, SAU (FECOEV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Servicios técnicos de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c) Coordinación interdepartamental y relaciones institucionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Coordinación de los planes estratégicos del Consejo; seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos e interdepartamentales; coordinar las actuaciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza con asuntos europeos; gestión y coordinación de fondos estatutarios, así como de coordinación de les inversiones del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Impulsar la aplicación del Reglamento de honores y distinciones; promover, potenciar y coordinar las conmemoraciones y los eventos de ámbito insular que ayuden a la cohesión de la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) Coordinar las relaciones con los medios de comunicación respecto a la información institucional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;g) Contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;h) La dirección, la elaboración, la gestión y el seguimiento y el control del presupuesto general del Consejo Insular, así como la programación presupuestaria relativa al mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;i) La intervención, el control económico interno i la contabilidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;j) La política financiera y las relaciones con las entidades financieras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;k) La tesorería, la gestión de ingresos i el endeudamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;l) La planificación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;m) Les otras que le sean atribuidas por las bases de ejecución del presupuesto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;n) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con la materia de deporte, y de fomento y promoción de las actividades deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;o) Este departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados a los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza en materia de cooperación y asistencia a los municipios de la isla, recogidas tanto en la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, como en la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en materia de artesanía y promoción de la moda. Desarrollo empresarial; industria y vigilancia de marcas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Las competencias propias del Consejo Insular en materia de actividades; actuaciones en materia de servicios de admisión y control de ambiente interno. Las funciones relacionadas con la planificación de equipamientos comerciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) La gestión relativa a los recursos humanos (RH) del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, función pública, régimen interior, potestad disciplinaria, respetando las competencias legalmente reservadas a la Presidencia, y relaciones con los representantes sindicales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) La gestión del Centro insular de Exámenes de Conducir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Departamento de Territorio, Ordenación Turística, Movilidad, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de ordenación turística, ordenación de actividades en zonas turísticas y función inspectora y sancionadora en materia turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de ordenación del territorio, incluido el litoral, urbanismo y cédulas de habitabilidad, control y disciplina urbanística y política del suelo; infraestructuras viarias del Consejo Insular. Este Departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados a los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c) Lucha contra el intrusismo, que comprende la función inspectora y sancionadora y la adopción de medidas cautelares y multas coercitivas respecto a las estancias turísticas en viviendas por les infracciones en materia turística realizadas en condiciones de clandestinidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d) Expropiaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación a las materias de transportes terrestres y movilidad, y de inspección técnica de vehículos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) La coordinación de acciones de aquellas administraciones que tienen competencias directas en materia de vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g) La simplificación administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h) Este departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados a los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Departamento de Gestión Ambiental, Sostenibilidad, Innovación y Transparencia&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de medio ambiente y de planificación y gestión de residuos no peligrosos; Servicio de extinción de incendios y salvamento y Parque Insular de Bomberos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Gestión de la administración electrónica, transparencia, innovación y tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC), recursos informáticos, nuevas tecnologías y sociedad del conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Oficina de Asistencia en materia de registro i atención al ciudadano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Este departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de cultura, actividades artísticas, educación, promoción y animación sociocultural, museos, archivos, bibliotecas, depósito legal de libros, normalización lingüística y patrimonio cultural, histórico y monumental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) La gestión de las escuelas infantiles del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Este departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Departamento de Juventud, Participación Ciudadana y del Parque Insular de Servicios de “Sa Coma”&lt;/strong&gt;, comprende&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Desarrollo y gestión del antiguo acuartelamiento de sa Coma y la gestión del Parque Insular de Servicios “Sa Coma”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Participación ciudadana, aplicación y seguimiento del reglamento de participación ciudadana de la Corporación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) La actividad competencial propia relativa a les actividades de ocio, juventud y equipamientos juveniles y ordenación de estas actividades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Este departamento también gestionará los servicios propis de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Departamento de Bienestar Social, Familia e Igualdad,&lt;/strong&gt; comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de servicios sociales y asistencia social, integración y desarrollo comunitario, tutela, acogimiento y adopción de menores, políticas de género y mujer, igualdad y LGTBIQ+, títulos de familias numerosas y familias monoparentales, y el resto de políticas de inserción social competencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, así como la relación y colaboración con las entidades y asociaciones de este ámbito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Este departamento también gestionará los servicios propis de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;- Los departamentos mencionados en el apartado anterior se estructuran internamente en las direcciones insulares siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;- Quedan derogadas todas les disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se opongan a aquello que establece este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Este decreto entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO&lt;/strong&gt;- Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO&lt;/strong&gt;- Dar cuenta de este decreto en el próximo Pleno que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
