    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Por Resolución de Alcaldía de día 21 de junio de 2023, el Sr. Alcalde acordó:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONSTITUCIÓN DE LA JUNTA DE GOBIERNO LOCAL.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Se resuelve:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Constituir la Junta de Gobierno Local, órgano colegiado municipal de carácter resolutorio, la cual quedará integrada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;• Presidente: el Alcalde, José Luis Camps Pons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;• Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;• Sra. Mª Salomé Cabrera Roselló&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;• Sr. Jaime Fedelich Carretero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;• Sr. Miquel Alzina Agudo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;• Sr. Pedro Pallicer Barceló&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los nombramientos efectuados serán efectivos desde el día siguiente a la fecha de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- La Junta de Gobierno Local celebrará las sesiones los viernes no festivos de cada mes del año, a las 09:00 horas en primera convocatoria y una hora más tarde, en segunda, en las dependencias de este Ayuntamiento. En conformidad con el dispuesto al arte. 112 del RD 2568/86, la sesión constitutiva de este órgano colegiado se celebrará en el plazo de 10 días hábiles a partir de la fecha de la firma de la presente Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Facultar al señor Alcalde para suspender la celebración de las sesiones de la Junta de Gobierno Local del mes de agosto y para alterar las que coincidan con Semana Santa, Navidad u otras de naturaleza análoga, y como consecuencia de los periodos vacacionales, cuando esto no menoscabe la gestión de los asuntos municipales, así como para posponer o avanzar la celebración de las sesiones ordinarias de la Junta de Gobierno Local, dentro de la misma semana de la celebración, cuando el día fijado sea festivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UARTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Comunicar esta resolución a todos los Regidores afectados y a los Jefes de los diferentes Servicios Municipales, para su conocimiento y efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB, en cumplimiento del que dispone el artículo 44.2 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, y publicar igualmente este acuerdo en el tablón de anuncios municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Dar cuenta al Pleno, en la primera sesión que se celebre, de esta resolución, para dar cumplimiento al que prevé el artículo 38 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
