es CAIB 2023-06-27 2023-06-23 100 CAIB 415373 text/html 37528 37527 675118 ![CDATA[Nombramiento de personal eventual del Ayuntamiento de Inca]] es CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mediante el decreto de alcaldía núm. 2023-1492</span><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">, </strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">se ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Visto que figura en la plantilla de personal de este ayuntamiento una plaza vacante de personal eventual jefe del Gabinete de Alcaldía y Coordinación Institucional del Ayuntamiento de Inca, encuadrada en el grupo A subgrupo A1, nivel de destino 26.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Considerando la idoneidad de cubrir esta plaza, procede el nombramiento de una persona de confianza con titulación y cualificación profesional suficiente para desarrollar las funciones de personal eventual jefe del Gabinete de Alcaldía y Coordinación Institucional del Ayuntamiento de Inca. Esta Alcaldía, conforme a las atribuciones conferidas para el artículo 104.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, considera que SR. XVR reúne las condiciones para desarrollar estas funciones.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">En fecha 17 de junio de 2023 mediante registro de entrada núm. 2023/5108, el Sr. XVR ha aceptado desempeñar este puesto de trabajo como personal eventual jefe del Gabinete de Alcaldía y Coordinación Institucional del Ayuntamiento de Inca acreditando el cumplimiento de los requisitos necesarios para proceder a este nombramiento.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Visto el informe emitido por la TMAE de relaciones laborales en relación con el coste de este nombramiento, el cual figura en el expediente.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Visto el informe emitido por la técnica de administración general interina con la conformidad del secretario del Ayuntamiento en relación con el nombramiento del Sr. XVR como personal eventual jefe del Gabinete de Alcaldía y Coordinación Institucional del Ayuntamiento de Inca, quien figura en el expediente.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Por todo lo expuesto y en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente, </span><strong><span style="background-color:null">HE RESUELTO:</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">PRIMERO.- Nombrar </span></strong><span style="background-color:null">al Sr. XVR, titular del DNI núm.41520163B,personal eventual jefe del Gabinete de Alcaldía y Coordinación Institucional del Ayuntamiento de Inca, con la retribución y dedicación que se señalan en esta resolución y con equivalencia a Técnico Superior de Administración Generala los efectos de cotización a la Seguridad Social, quien deberá tomar posesión de su cargo en el plazo de cinco días.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">SEGUNDO.- Determinar</span></strong><span style="background-color:null"> que su dedicación será a jornada completa y se cumplirá mediante la presencia física del empleado público en las oficinas municipales.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
