    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que en fecha 21 de junio de 2023, el presidente del Consejo Insular de Ibiza dictó el siguiente decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;"Dentro del plazo legal previsto para la constitución de la nueva Corporación después de las elecciones del pasado 28 de mayo de 2023 (disposición transitoria primera de la Ley 7/2009, de 11 de diciembre, electoral de los consejos insulares) en fecha 23 de junio de 2023 se ha convocado el Pleno para la dicha sesión constitutiva y para la elección del nuevo presidente del Consejo Insular de Ibiza a las 19.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Según el artículo 12.1 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, es personal eventual quien, en virtud de nombramiento y con carácter no permanente, sólo realiza funciones expresamente cualificadas como de confianza o de asesoramiento especial, y será retribuido con cargo a los créditos presupuestarios consignados para este fin.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El artículo 12.3 de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, prevé que el cese del personal eventual&amp;nbsp;tendrá&amp;nbsp;lugar, en todo caso, cuando cese la autoridad que los nombró.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Visto todo lo anterior y en virtud de las atribuciones que legalmente&amp;nbsp;tengo&amp;nbsp;atribuidas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Cesar el siguiente personal eventual, con efectos del día 24 de junio de 2023, de manera que el dia 23 de junio de 2023 es el último dia que prestan servicios en esta Corporación, agradeciéndoles la tarea llevada a cabo:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Margarita Marí Torres, jefe de Gabinete de Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Armando Tur Molina, responsable de Prensa i Comunicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Silvia Fernández Navarro, responsable de Protocolo y Relaciones Institucionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Amelia Garijo Falcó, adjunta de Prensa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
