&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DELEGACIÓN DE COMPETENCIAS DEL ALCALDE A favor DE LOS REGIDORES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se resuelve:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; La delegación general de competencias a favor de los mencionados Regidores a la cual antes se ha hecho referencia comportará, tanto la facultad de dirección del Área correspondiente, como la gestión, incluidas las propuestas de resolución que sean necesarias para la ejecución de la mencionada delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar de forma indistinta en todos los señores Regidores de este&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Ayuntamiento, las competencias que a esta Alcaldía le otorga el artículo 51.1 del Código Civil, en la nueva redacción dada por la Ley 35/1994, de 23 de diciembre, para autorizar los matrimonios civiles que se celebren en este término municipal. Esta delegación faculta a todos los Regidores para autorizar matrimonios civiles, sin que en una misma ceremonia pueda intervenir más de uno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Las atribuciones delegadas se tendrán que ejercer en los términos y dentro de los límites de esta delegación, no siente susceptibles de ser delegadas por sus titulares en otro órgano o regidor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; En conformidad con el que dispone el artículo 44 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, estas delegaciones tendrán efecto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación de esta Resolución a los Regidores afectados, y serán de carácter indefinido, sin perjuicio de la potestad de advocación de esta Alcaldía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En caso de ausencia, vacante, enfermedad o cualquier otro impedimento de los Regidores delegados, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directamente y automáticamente, las competencias delegadas, como titular de la competencia originaria, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de advocación en base a la presente resolución, sin necesidad de una nueva resolución exprés en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar esta resolución a los Regidores afectados, entendiéndose aceptada la competencia delegada de forma tácita, si dentro del plazo de las 24 horas siguientes no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
